Location and the property is very good, quiet with a nice views. We booked two rooms, one for 2 adults and a kid but the extra bed did not show in hotel system. We had to show booking confirmation and dig in the details to prove we paid for sofa bed. Same with Onsen, we got coupon but it was not mentioned that it is only for week days. We wanted to use on Saturday and had to go back and forth between reception and spa manager to have the coupons accepted.

Some miscommunication about booking and facilities availability.

The location is near Khao Yai. The room is spacious and fully equipped with all necessary facilities—perfect for families and friends. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

Modern and bright. Lovely room. Nice pool area. Excellent Italian at the gate. Very handy for the National Park. Lady on reception was lovely and welcoming.

The residence is a bit out of the main hotel complex which makes it lovely and quiet but a bit lonely.

Room quite big, clean and comfortable. Bed is also very comfortable. Room not much per floor is also good 👍

Be careful for cigarettes cause some place we can feel it.

The room is very wide and have all amenities. The view of the mountain from the balcony is stunning and greenful. The breakfast is also over my expectation.

Just a bit difficult to find because it is a part of Lacol Hotel but bot a big problem at all.

For a long stay , need a car or the possibility to rent a bicycle A washing machine would be a must

Privacy

One room close to the garbage room, it was bad smell inside the room. However, the property try to put the air filter but doesn’t help much.

Staff were incredibly professional and friendly. English language was more limited as this is not a typical destination for English speakers. But I never had a problem making requests or asking questions. Food was excellent. TV with some English speaking channels or Netflix App would be v good for English speakers

Secluded and very private.

The name of the property was confusing. No sign that says “Hillside”. Used to be called Romantic Spa. Now managed by Lacol.
