The breakfast is awesome!

The room was really good with a good size balcony with 2 really comfortable chairs overlooking the mountains and jungle, the swimming pool area is really good, the restaurant with the fire show is a must, and the food was of very good quality and service, the outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff, the training of the staff in this hotel really shows, polite, attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely can't help you enough, greeted with a smile at every turn, the hotel and its staff can be really proud of the staff that provide such outstanding customer service, 5 star

Breakfast spread was decent, a good mix of local and international choices. Staff took pains to create special Christmas-themed pancakes. Location was good, centrally located between vineyards to the west, national park down south, night markets, etc up north.

I inserted my own card into the power socket to maintain the electricity connection. However, the staff threw it away when they came for housekeeping, absolutely shocking. I would have thought they would just removed the card and leave it on my table. I told this to the reception, but didn't receive any response from them.

Location is fine. Close to some spots that you want to visit when you drive. Free parking. Pool is big but I haven’t used it because of the temperature. It was windy and cool in this season. Breakfast was ok with limited variety. Staff were helpful when we approached them about some helps. Hotel site is quite big and it’s quite suitable for family with children.

The property is a little bit old. Room is in good size but it seems not very clean. The flush water of toilet bowl was not functioned very well.

Nice location with wonderful staff there. We arrived late around 4pm so the check in was not a big issue. Staff are friendly and needed a 1000 baht deposit which we received back when we checked out. Please be mindful that in Khao Yai Tuesday and Wednesday are usual closing dates for Spa as well as nearby establishments. There are two parking spaces and one has 3 EV outlets. That is quite critical for future because when i stayed there i saw 4 EV cars there being park. So in 2024 onwards, it will be a talking point. Rooms are nice and we booked Grand Deluxe Pool View, so we have 5 adults with 6 beds basically. It is spacious and also can work properly as WiFi doesn't need silly disconnecting and reconnections. Great location and near to many nice restaurants. Restrooms are not using any chemicals which i like but it is also important that without chemicals there is a little bit of water flow smell in the restrooms, it happens to all 3 rooms we stayed in, so that could be an improvement for clients who would like to return again. Residential side is higher up the hill side and free bikes can be hired at the check-in counters. Breakfast is good but could be improved with egg station for the waiting time, for example, soft boiled eggs can be done like 20 eggs every minute and others can be prepped for 7-9am because it's easy to eat eggs for most people including vegetarian. Not much options for Vegan food. Room cleaning is fast and efficient. Water and carbonated drinks are free during our stay, so i guess it's same all year round as we stayed in high/shoulder seasonality. For Child fun is nice and can see many children so it's family friendly. Pool is not heated as usual but that is not a big issue as afternoon Sun will take care of the pool coldness. Free charcoal fireplaces are offered to guests that's a plus.

Nothing particular. Breakfast area is a bit crowded and egg station is a bit overloaded. It could be sorted like making bulk and bring together for most consumed egg types.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel near the entrance of Khao Yai National park (10min drive). Kids loved the pool. Nice staff. Breakfast was ok. Enough choice. Few restaurants near the hotel.

Nothing. We didn’t try the hotels restaurant, because no one was eating there when we came by and there were just a few vegetarian meals on the menu (daughter eats no meat). I believe we were there when it was off season. Apart from visiting the National Park (for which we came) there was not much activity (hotel and surroundings), although there were plenty of facilities.

Excellent staff and rooms (in stayed in suite for 3 nights then deluxe last night). Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful.

I was disappointed with the location of the room on 31st night. Had asked for a room facing the fireworks as travelling with senior citizens who prefers to avoid the crowds and won't be able to walk about till late night. Was guaranteed both the rooms could view fireworks but not at all... they miscalculated the whole situation....waste indeed.

It was a very clean and convenient hotel from check-in, getting settled, with the pool/restaurant. It was family-friendly with an average breakfast buffet. Many families ate at the restaurant and pool area. The entire hotel/room was very clean and comfortable (except for the bed).

The bed was extremely hard. I was a bit shocked that this is a normal bed for Chatrium Collection. Perhaps I'm accustom to softer beds when staying at hotels.

The staff at the receiving lobby are attentive. The breakfast spread is good. The room is comfortable and clean.

We were not briefed clearly on the free Lamaya show. I only knew it after I checked out. The coupon in the key card is not noticeable. What a waste! We could have gone there to enjoy the show and have a meal there too.

Absolutely everything, cleanest place I’ve stay in long time. Stuff was fabulous, breakfast to die for … also you must try their signature beef burger. We had it almost every night. Been traveling all summer brake and this place was our favorite in Thailand. Well done to everyone who works there. Thank you Kun Adam
