Breakfast was really enjoyable. The room we had, 2118, was in a very quiet spot. The front pool access was rwally good and the water was clean.

on the 26th June, Wednesday, we tried to lay down at the beach but found that the seats were all take by a school that must have booked a 1-Day stay at the resort. The played games, of which one of them was trying to catch water filled balloons. After all the balloons bursted the game finished. The children nor the teacher bothered picking up the leftovers of the popped balloons. They left them on the beach and went so far to burry some under the sand. The also left the plastic bags that they used to carry these water-filled balloons. It is sad to see that Thai school/organisation are not capable of teaching their pupils to take care of their environment.

5x pax and 1 dog Travellers- Superb location. The hotel is beach front. Great value and one of the best and most cozy pet friendly hotels we have stayed so far. We stayed in the quiet wing, 1st floor pet friendly zone. We booked two Superior rooms. My son and his gf came back from dinner and found lots of bed bugs all over their bed sheets, pillow cases, and beds table. All pet friendly rooms at the same price were sold out. Staff were so nice as they upgraded him to an Ocean Wing Junior Suite without charge. My room was clean and tidy, so I had no issues with it. The hotels swimming pool is amazing. We will definitely come back.

They asked for cash deposit up front when we checked in. It is not normal for us to carry cash these days when everything is paid via mobile phones. I wish they would have changed our credit card and voided it later when we checked out instead of requesting a cash deposit.

We like the facilities. It’s pet friendly. The breakfast is just alright. Bedrooms are clean. All is good.

I think maybe it’s holiday or maybe because the hotel offers general entrance to swim, the pool was a bit crowded with lots of children so we didn’t like chilling by the pool because it was loud and too many people. So is the beach, it is open for public and for people to dine in their restaurant so if you liked quieter place to relax, maybe not during weekend or holiday. Or if you liked having exclusivity. The food in the resto was good but a bit pricey but around the beach front resto are all similar ranges.

Breakfast buffet was good.

My Extra Large Double bed was in fact two single beds pushed together which was disappointing as sleeping in the middle you are in a hole... Staff proceeded one afternoon to clean the housekeeping trolleys right outside my room from 2pm to 9pm. By this i mean a metre from room 2403 near the lift. With a loud vacuum cleaner... Very Disappointing. This was reported to desk clerk

The pool access room is wonderful-it's clean, peaceful, and quiet. I highly recommend it! The spa is great as well. The price is reasonable, and the staffs are very skilled.

The breakfast is good with so many choices. However, there are quite a few ants in the tea and coffee area, which needs to be addressed.

This hotel is 700 meter far from the main road and no any house or shop in between. It is beside the sea with small white sand beach , with quite and peace environment. Breakfast is good . The swimming pool is large with few people since I stay at the hotel in the weekday.

The house maid cleans the room rather late (appro. 3.30 PM ) and We must wait outside the room until then. There is no air condiationer outside the room (ex. corridor). The road from the hotel to the main road is rather dark in the night ( dim street light).

I made a few requests with the hotel before checking in, and I have to say, the staff were amazing! They were super efficient and handled everything perfectly. I really appreciate how they paid attention to my needs and made sure everything was sorted out.

- Comfy bed, functional room - Great breakfast - Perfect swimming pool for kids - The view from balcony is nice. - A lot of communal spaces for guests to relax. - Tasty food at hotel restaurant. - Very nice and accommodating staffs.

- The floor material makes the room looks cheap. - Laundry bag charge of THB150 which is ok to pay as we needed it. It was my own misunderstanding as have never been in any hotel which charges for laundry bag before(could be because of different stars range). So it might be better to have a little sign telling that it is not free to avoid awkward situation with guest at check-out. - Wrong charges from the bar were put to our room by mistake. The staff resolved it later but would be better if the mistake did not happen.

Lovely quiet hotel. Good location right on the beach.

Need more sunbeds on the beach, or more by pool on the sun. And don't charge service charge at beach bar, when you go upto bar to get your own drink

Air conditioning humidifier in the bathroom excellent ,gym is amazing fully equipped for any level of exercise Early breakfast with both Thai and European food , swimming pool is cleaned 24 hours, toilets are spotless Fresh towels every time you need it. Spa employees are qualified to 5 * Compliments to the Chiefs in restaurants salads ,fruits, European food and of course Thai was tasty fresh and very well presented.
