The staff are lovely.

My second time staying at the hotel. Both times, there have been events happening. The majority of this stay was overtaken by a wedding, which was okay for the first couple of days as was located away from the main poolside. But the final day was at the beach main pool area & took over the whole day. Felt very intrusive & not the relaxing break I'd hoped for. Check before booking what events they have planned.

Always a treat coming back to our second home at the Dusit Thani Hua Hin because the service is outstanding and the location is exceptional! The little extra touches provided free like wifi, bottled water, robes and slippers, as well as Club Privileges that you can purchase for a small charge, add so much value for money. Breakfast options are amazing and the spa, pool and recreational facilities will provide endless hours of entertainment. There's even a resort shuttle that can take you into town if you want to drag yourself away from this oasis!

Absolutely nothing! We have been back here with a big group of friends for milestone birthdays 3 times, for Christmas and New Year festivals and every time have consistently enjoyed world class service and authentic Thai hospitality!

Our suite was exceptional, with service to match. The pool, the grounds and the lagoon were fabulous. Everything about this resort is 5 star.

The club lounge is a nice room but the catering was only just adequate and needs to improve. The whole experience was marred by two major weddings taking up 5 days out of the week. The first wedding was well handled with limited disruption and pleasant to witness. The second wedding was dreadful with excessively loud music and a terrible MC who loved the sound of his own amplified voice. The quite relaxation around the pool was disturbed on two days and in the evenings there was no escape in the guest rooms or the restaurants. Clearly the management failed to monitor this event although did react at night after complaining so at least we could sleep.

Lovely pool, good breakfast, and excellent rooms. Staff was great and the hotel had a great gym. The breakfast was what was expected from this type of hotel, but the thai restaurant of the hotel was excellent.

They had signposted that people couldnt reserve a seat at the pool with a towel (great!), but this rule was not at all enforced by the staff. As a result all the seat were already taken before breakfast. We would appreciate the staff enforcing this rule. Also the rooms werent as sound proof as advertised. The gym and sauna close at 21.00 and 20.00 respectively. So don't count on going to do some sport or relaxing once the kids went to sleep. Pretty far from the action of Hua Hin.

The hotel is wonderful, there's nothing we didn't appreciate. We stayed in a Club room, so we had extra benefits and service. The Club lounge is a plus, with an incredible staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The property is really beautiful, with a huge pool and big gardens. The facilities in general are very good. Devarana Spa is fantastic. Food is delicious, with lots of choice for breakfast. But the true strenght of the hotel is the staff. They solved a big problem we had during the stay (not due to the hotel) with efficiency, professionality and kindness. It's not near Hua Hin centre (there is a shuttle bus you can reserve in advance), but this make it the right place to relax. We recommend staying at this hotel!

Great location, spacious , very good swimming pool, restaurants - especially the Thai restaurant. The staff are friendly and always go that extra mile to help and make you feel special I stayed in club room with fatastic sea views. The room was very clean , descent bathroom and shower . Also benefitted with the club lounge access and complementary bus ride to city centre Special thanks to all the staff in the restaurant, at the main reception, and in club lounge who are very attractive , courteous and very professional I will certainly go back again

Liked all the facilities and enjoyed the Club Room. Most of the hotel is air-conditioned and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The swimming facilities and the walk on the beach were wonderful. Their Wellness centre is also very peaceful and relaxing. Their laundry service is also very good. Overall an excellent stay.

Would have liked a hair salon on the premises as there is not much in the town and did not want to go outside the resort. Was attending a wedding so needed that facility.

We have chosen King room with Club Access. That was an excellent idea. Dedicated check in at 7 floor, so no queue. Bed room is really nice with balcony and Pool/sea view with all you need. Bed is extra comfy. You have access to the Dusit Club, which is a very nice place with tasty snacks (cooked stuff) all the day (from 1030 to 2000) and non alcoholic drinks (juice, coffee, tea...). From 1730 you also get alcohol drinks (wine, cocktails, beer...). To relax there, you have access to all facilities you need : huge swimming pool with kids area, a salty swimming pool, a nice beach quite calm, a big fitness center with steam bath, sauna and spa center. Surrounded by trees, the place is very enjoyable. For food, breakfast is really good and match all the kind of taste (but see my bad point for bakery). If you are at the Dusit Club you also can take your bf in front of the beach to Nomada restaurant (beautiful). Saturday night buffet is great. Great staff, thank you guys. Close to get a 10 but see my "negative" points bellow.

So, close to be a perfect stay there. What's wrong? 1- unlucky we got a huge Indian wedding (3 days) making our stay less calm as expected. I called once coz too much noisy. We have our little baby 10 months. Even we were happy for them... 2- back to bakery. This is my french over proud side. I should to teach them how to make delicious croissants and breads. Bread was ok but not great for me. Croissants and cakes I took it just the first bf (we stayed 7 nights). Again, my requirements are hight for this part but I found lots of other good stuff to eat.

Breakfast is good, with a wide selection to choose from. There are multiple restaurants that offer great service overall. The rooms are spacious and most of them have a pleasant view. There is ample parking space available near the entrance. It takes around 3 hours to drive comfortably from Bangkok, with the option to take a scenic detour. I am familiar with the area and there are many activities to do in and around Hua Hin, such as visiting wineries, playing golf, taking a scenic drive, trying local restaurants, and exploring the night market. However, it is necessary to have a car to enjoy all these activities.

I recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. While the gym and spa facilities were great, there were a few issues that detracted from my stay. Firstly, the breakfast rush made it difficult to order coffee, which took a long time. Secondly, the resort's WIFI was slow, making it impossible to watch Youtube or get work done. Lastly, there were two large events during my stay - a wedding and a corporate event - where loudspeakers were used outdoors, causing a lot of disturbance to other guests who were trying to relax. Overall, while the resort has some great amenities, the issues mentioned above made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.
