Comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, nice location near trainstation and Ocean Mall.

Euroboutique sends an automated message asking for the time of arrival, stating that if you don't reply, your booking will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee. This comes across as impolite and not customer friendly. I stay at this hotel regularly and have often told them about this but it's still the same 😐

We arrived by train at night and walked to the location. We had a room with a renovated bathroom or so it seemed. We only needed to stay overnight but walked 2 minutes to get some snacks and spent some time on the balcony to watch the city go to sleep.

It is a narrow building with thin walls, so if you have noisy neighbours, everything can be heard, but we were too tired to be bothered and this is not really about the property but its guests :)

I would have commented on the hotel before over the last few years but that only confirms their continuity in making me feel comfortable. It's only a straight 10 minute walk down from the station, all rooms seem to have a little balcony and are nicely decorated. And and top of it all: The great food night market is set Up right in front of the hotel.

Probably a very minor issue but there are some retarded loudly barking dogs in the neighbourhood

The hotel was close to the train station, and confidential to get the ferry to Koh Tao. The hotel itself is basic, & clean. It also has a lift which was much appreciated as we have heavy bags. Its centrally placed in Chumphon, with plenty of shops bars & restaurants around it. We were pleasantly surprised by Chumphon, so stayed for an extra night.

There's only 1 chair on the small balcony, & if you sit out there the aircon unit is hot & noisy. But that's not a big issue, turn the aircon off!

Great location in Chumphon, easy walk to train station & explore around town..Hotel staff very friendly and breakfast good up top floor for only 80 baht..Would stay again if back to Chumphon in the future.

After a 14h bus ride (that should have been only 6h) we arrived very late at the hotel. Even in the night the checkin was easy and the staff was friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The Breakfast offered all you need from fried rice to toast with jam. We stayed only one night but can recommend it.

Parking on site. Clean simple hotel in a walking proximity to some food. Breakfast was nice, considering the price paid.

I was charged 50 Baht for breakfast for my daughter, despite the fact that I ordered a room with breakfast included (as stated in Booking confirmation, 2 adults, 1 child, breakfast included). I don't hesitate to pay few Bahts for a food, but that was unexpected.

The room is very clean so clean. The location is perfect and valued for the money. We stop one night to waiting our flight back to Bangkok. A lot of street food around. Not many foreigners or bar for the night life to drink. But we try to drink the bar call De rush on the rock. Many Thai people out about . Live music ( Thai music) The beer is 90THB for the big one. Highly recommend for people who want to stop before go to Kho Tao or flight back to Bangkok

Small clean rooms, great wifi, friendly & efficient receptionists - a 15 minute walk from the train station. The breakfast buffet selection was limited but acceptable.

The lift needs attention - it takes ages from slowing down to when the door actually opens at the required floor !

- 24/7 staff so were able to check in late after the train - close to the train station - shops, convenience stores, restaurants, coin laundry, cafes and small food night market on same road - clean room, good size, balcony - slept well for one night - plenty of parking - option for breakfast - big common space downstairs - lift and stairs
