took a chance on this one considering the reviews. all I can say is that the staff were very friendly and polite on arrival and that the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the toilet, bath/hot tub all was very good as well as the air conditioning. breakfast was just. as good, very nice from the ala carte menu. all in all, a very nice hotel to stay at, especially if you want to just relax. swimming pool is also a must. nice pool table too. I will return here and highly recommend if you like peaceful days and quiet evenings

I really like this hotel. That's why I've been here several times. It's not one of the modern ones, it's a bit older. But it's very well maintained and spacious. It used to belong to Novotel. Now it's separated from this hotel group.

Breakfast was chaotic. There was no buffet because there were not enough guests. Instead, sets were offered. Unfortunately, all the food ordered was served individually. So you had to eat the scrambled eggs cold or without bread because the bread was only served much later than the eggs. There were more staff than guests, but the whole breakfast process was still inadequate.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting on a very big site. The pool area was lovely and well maintained. The restaurant was spotless and had a menu with lots of variety- breakfast was excellent. Our room was huge and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The golf course isn’t open right now which is a pity. The paths and entrance are a bit rundown but they seem to be working on them at the moment. The property has great potential

We just had 1 night here on our way to Koh Samui and it was great! A large room with an extremely massive bed 😁I have to say with no exaggeration, that it was at least 9 feet wide!!!! And soooooo comfy 🥰 Lovely big bath also! As we were all tired we chose to eat at the hot red restaurant and everything was delicious and so cheap. Honestly, the best value for everything!!

Big territory to explore, the surroundings are picturesque and beautiful, there are 2 pools with enough space for guests, quiet and relaxing

There aren’t much places to eat nearby, very limited options for food delivery from outside restaurants and caffès as well. Don’t expect to rest at the nearest beach, it is not meant for use

The room was huge and very nice, lovely pool and the staff were all great. Excellent value for money.

The location was very isolated if you don’t have a car. The beach near the hotel is also not very nice. We wouldn’t swim in the ocean and there was often a strong fish smell coming from the water. Not the hotels fault obviously but didn’t make the location as good as we would have liked.

We were very pleasently surprised by this hotel. The facilities are a little older, but very well maintained. The staff is very nice, and really helpful. The food in the restaurant is excellent. We only stayed for one night, but did manage to enjoy the wonderful pool. The rooms are huge, and really nice.

All of the above. We had just travelled for 2 days to get to Thailand snd this was our first overnight stay. The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast buffet was top notch. Thanks!

Stayed for one night, on the way to the south. As others have said, it needs some refurbishment. However, the rooms are big and clean, and everything is provided. Bed was huge, I have stayed in rooms that were smaller than their king bed. Food was also good, both dinner and breakfast. Large estate, nicely decorated. Staff very nice and helpful.

No makeup mirror. For short person the big mirror behind sink is too far to reach, I cannot even check my face close up.
