Very central location, excellent accommodation, facilities, Breakfast was very good, I don’t drink coffee or tea, but they made me a very nice hot chocolate each morning, we did have dinner one night which was very nice , with hardly any wait time👍 I really enjoy using the gym there, very clean and extremely helpful staff throughout the whole property 👍🙏👏👏👏

I think a lot of western people like poached eggs for breakfast which are easy to cook and a healthy option, but unavailable, a chin up bar combined with a parallel bars would be good to see in the gym 👍🙏

Easy to get there as it's on the main road, also most busses from BKK stop outside before heading to the bus terminal. Easy check-in with friendly staff. Rooms are modern with comfortable beds, good bathroom, tea/coffee and fridge. The additional seating is practical and not comfortable. Pool and gym are good. Breakfast is a bit expensive (goto Terminal 21 food court instead) . Access to the Mall on level 4 & 1 or walk around from reception. It's a short walk to the walled old town area or get Grab/Bolt. Try Save One Night Market on the main road ,south side of town . A massive market with lots of goods and food galore! Enjoy

Lack of extra comfortable chair in room.

The room was nice, and there was no smell from the Air-con, like last time when we stayed at this hotel, and had to change rooms because of it - so that was good! The beds was ok (3x small beds) and they was comfortable and there was really nothing to complain about the room it self, as such. But the hotel did not offer 3x bathrobes, even though the resevesation was made for 3 people ...

We arrived about 4 pm and had to wait for the room until 5 pm, which is in my opinion not acceptable. Making their staff problems our problems (they said it was because of late cleaning)! We was very tired after long and stressful drive; and it was the last thing we expected to have as a problem in 5-star hotel! Beside this annoying and frustrated experience we are ok about our stay at this hotel. And finally, the noise (slamming doors and noisy conversations) from the hallway, specially when people was leaving their rooms early - before 5-6 am - can be annoying given to the fact that there are guests sleeping at this time, like we was. But it's just our experience, based on our stay this time ...

Great polite staff. Looks like the hotel is very new or very recently renovated. Very modern in design. Breakfast was very good but not five stars. Hotel is integrated to the shopping mall. We found a Thai massage place in the shopping centre that was great. We ended up having dinner from room service both nights as it was very good the first night and very much worth the price. Plenty of options in the shopping centre but for us this was a better. Didnt look for restaurants outside the shopping mall area but this could be something for next time we stay at the hotel.

Charging station for EV quite expensive and low power. Beds on the hard side for us but apart from that comfortable.

the property was situated in a good location. Parking extremely easy. comfortable bed.

We had an issue with the key for the door and had to return from the 17th floor down to the reception twice. The maintenance team were then called and had to come up and dismantle the door lock mechanism to correct it, this was frustrating as we wanted to get showered and relax as it was evening. We had a blocked sink that became worse when we were getting ready to check out. Constructive criticism would be for the restaurant. The breakfast and choice of foods are extremely good however, the temperature of food that should be hot was tepid. This could easily be corrected if the food warmer lids were kept closed. not only would it keep the food hot it would also prevent flies etc.,

Very central location in the same building as the Terminal21 shopping mall. Nice to be able to walk straight from the hotel and into the mall, which has a lot of shops and restaurants. Also easy to park the rented car we had for a few days. The adjacent rooms we had came with doors between the rooms, which was very nice. Rooms were otherwise modern and clean. The breakfast was good, but I have had better ones in other hotels in Korat.

The beds were slightly too hard and could have been slightly softer.

Regarding the room: There is nowhere to hang wet towels There should be a towel rack to hang four towels. Regarding the breakfast: There is a chef who can make an omelette When I asked him: "Can you make pancakes?" He said no.

Lovely modern hotel. The room (Grand Deluxe King Suite) was good but very basic. Direct access to Terminal 21 shopping centre. On arrival we were greeted in the car park by hotel staff and directed to a space and then escorted with our luggage all the way into the reception area. (VIP treatment). A good feeling.

Cons: TV had no English channels it seems to cater for Arab countries only. No alcohol at all in the hotel. Long walk down into Terminal 21 Shopping centre down in the Basement to buy if you want it. Only soft drinks around the pool The pool was very small and a bit disappointing I booked for 2 Adults and 2 Children, Booking.com invoiced me for 2 Adults 1 Child why ???? This has happened before. They try to get you to book 2 rooms, but how can I put a 4 year old and a 2 year old in another room which could be on another floor. Only 2 Bath Towels and 1 (50ml) Bottle of Shampoo for all 4 of us. Again a trip to the shops for some shampoo and share the towels.

Very nice hotel in centre of korat connected to terminal 21 mall. Always planned to stay here and glad we did this time. Hotel was amazing, it was my son’s birthday, the hotel gave him a birthday cake and flower HBD on the bed for arriving, very nice touch! The room it self was very big, we received a free upgrade to another room. Big king size bed which was massive. WiFi was amazing (450mbps), which all hotels should have nowadays, there is no excuse! Tv on wall was quite big. Sofa bed in the room too. Breakfast was quite good with lots of choices, not your normal Thai buffet rubbish. Nice outdoor swimming pool. Rooms were clean and staff were amazing! 10/10 for me, my new go to hotel in korat.

I live in Thailand and prefer the bum gun and not the bidet which the hotel had in the toilet… not a big deal tho! The price isn’t the cheapest but I’ve found that hotel prices in korat seem to be a little bit more than for example bkk / pattaya etc for what you get.

The location is superb, and the attached mall has many restaurants to try. The staff is informative and can deliver proper basic service. The room is clean.

Although the room is clean, the interior is not that attractive, and it makes the room look cheap. The wall can not keep quiet, I can hear the people talking, lound and clear, on the hallways as well as the TV noise from the next door. The lobby is small and does not have many areas for sitting. The pool and fitness location have to walk past the restaurant; it is a bit awkward to do a gym sessions in the morning when plenty of people have BF.
