Good, wide rooms. Not far from the beach. Affordable. The man at the reception was very nice and helpful. The one with the beard. He was always solving even the tiniest problem and had the best attitude. Special thanks to him.

The girls at the reception. When i had a problem with the smell in my bathroom, one of them just said - "So... What do you want me to do? If you do not like it, you can leave!". It was rude and impolite. The other girl did not check the room availability and just lied to me, that the hotel was fully booked when there were still rooms available. These two are the worst!

I've just had 4 weeks at this Hotel over Christmas. For me the location of the Hotel is the perfect, it is in a very quiet part of Jomtien which means a peaceful sleep every night, 10 minute walk to the beach if you don't have transport or 2 minutes if you do. Hotel bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Hotel is spotless clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a popular Coffee shop just opposite reception and a 7-Eleven a stones throw away which is one of three on that road. Hotel has parking for Motorcycles and Cars. Balcony had a decent view, I was on 7th floor. Hotel is also Guest friendly. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Love everything about this hotel from the quiet location to the big rooms and comfy beds. This is my 4th time to stay there and reasonable. Kettle,fridge and big safe in the room,TV but hardly used,only the sport channels. WiFi worked ok. Good quick elevator to floors. Used the pool and always clean. The location is quiet with 3 small supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Good launderette across the road. Small bars and restaurants nearby. It's around a 15 min walk to Jomtien Beach road. Staff are helpful as this time I had a few issues with my room,but they sorted it very quickly. Have already booked again in a few months.

Would prefer if they took cards as well as cash,but it's cash only,would always prefer to pay by card. I had issues with the Aircon and hot water not working but they sent maintenance to my room and fixed the Aircon and had to replace the water heater in my bathroom. Reception was helpful. The pool sun loungers need a bit of TLC as some a little broken. Bring your own teas and coffees but not an issue. Nothing that really puts me off coming back as I've booked again.

Have stayed here many times and always happy and great value. Staff are helpful Rooms are big,I was on the 8th floor with a great view this time over Jomtien and Pattaya in the distance. Bed was big and comfortable Shower was good TV,Safe and Kettle provided. Good maid service and hotel very clean. Good ground floor pool. No complaints and will stay again.This was my 5th stay.

Only Cash accepted but wish it was Card too..especially for long stays! No Breakfast options. No lift between 7th and 8th floors but wasn't a problem for me.

Have stayed 3 times before and love this Hotel. Very reasonable even though rates have just shot up by nearly 60% for the High Season. Quiet location around 15 minutes walk to Jomtien beach road. Big Room and spacious Bathroom. Very Clean with good room service. Very large comfortable bed. Kettle,fridge and safe. TV with Varied Sport,Movies and News. Good shower with decent pressure. Nice pool on the ground floor. Hotel is in a quiet location. Good Self Service Laundry opposite. Very Good Restaurant 5 min walk - Coffee be Original. 3 supermarkets nearby 2-5 min walk.7eleven,Lotus Fresh and Big C mini. Lift to all floors. Staff English not great but friendly. Booked extra nights over Christmas and New Year. Will stay again.

Not much I didn't like and nothing to add May be too quiet for some as away from Beach road and Central Jomtien.

Very affordable. BIG BED Friendly cleaning staff. Sociable, smiley and helpful. Lots of shops, restaurants, and launderette nearby. If I come back to Pattaya I'd probably stay there again!

Bed was pretty hard Some small flies in the sink bowl Pool is a bit MEH but you're also only 20 mins away from the beach. You have to accept this is a place where you can't flush toilet paper down the toilet. use the bidet and/or throw the toilet paper in the bin provided.

Staff is very kindly. Hotel is very nice and clean. Room is clean. Pool is very nice with part of flysheet. It’s open from 8 morning to 8 pm. In the evening id very nice to swim.

Unfortunately restaurant doesn’t open even bar. You have to go out to cafe or restaurant. Next cafe from hotel Punthai is very nice and clean. No available teabags or coffee. As I wrote, you must go out for eat. Close from hotel is market in which you can buy fruit or vegetable or fish or warm dish. Market La-Or is good. But it has bad location to walking street (about 4,4 km) and to Jomtien Beach is far.

Family and budget friendly in a decent location just a couple of kilometers to Jomtien Beach and Night Market. Family Suite is big enough for 4 persons. It has 2 bedrooms, one master with king bed, flat TV, AC & ensuite bathroom, 2nd bedroom with twin bed, flat TV, AC & ensuite bathroom, living room with sitting area, mini-bar, coffee/tea, kettle, flat TV, AC & toilet. Wifi is provided, swimming pool and ample parking.

No restaurant/room service but no big deal as there are several nearby restaurants, three convenience stores like 7/11, Big C, etc. One thing the hotel must look into is providing new or at least decent towels as many are old, with snags and holes. It would also be good if they can provide toiletries instead of just liquid soap. Also, the toilet in the bathroom hardly flushes due to low water pressure.

Nice, large and rather clean rooms. Quit place, nice bathroom. For 16$ a night it's a perfect deal. Nice large reception place with swimming pool.

Location is not perfect, but bearable. Only cash. Deposit 200 bath.

Very good hotel, rather big-8 floors, swimming pool, space lobby. Clean, quiet, 20 minutes walk to the beach. Near fruit market, several supermarkets 7 eleven, Lotus fresh , Big C mini. Very good cleaning, helpful reception. No problem with deposit return, though I left at 5 in the morning, but the security quard was on his place, he checked the room and returned 200 bats deposit without problems.
