The location is ok, close to massage and shops, Makro, the sea. I will stay there 3 times this year, each time for about 45 days. Problems are solved as quickly as possible by Mr Rudy.There is a pool.I am satisfied with my stay.

Big room, comfy bed, good location for me about ten minutes from the beach,, twenty minutes taxi to Pattaya City ten minutestoJomtien. . The hosts were goods people, very helpful with everything and even provided a bicycle to get around on at no extra charge. Rudi was efficient at resolving any issues if something went kaput. The pool was a great feature too. On the whole, it's a nice, peaceful place and I will return.

For the price I can't really say there was anything I didn't like. If I was expecting a five star hotel environment for the cost of staying there then you may be disappointed, but these are budget studio apartments and were exactly what I expected. So I don't have any complaints. It is what it is this is Thailand.

The rooms are large and comfortable and quite well equipped. Most of all, we love the community feel. That is rare. It is very relaxed and we quickly got to know everyone here. The Owner is very accommodating and easy to get along with

We love it here. It suits us. It is not so flashy, but I have no need for flashiness. I like my comfort, and that is better than flash any day.

The room was spacious and comfortable. i arrived very late from Bangkok but had no trouble gaining access to my room / condo most facilities where in good working order

Wifi or the lack of wifi you had wifi code, but i was unable to connect as the password wasn't accepted, but i was travelling with a thai sim so i just used that, i was also told to to get a stamp from the immigration office which i didn't do as i would of thought this would of been taken care of especially as i was only staying 8 days

It was a good location, close to the center and beach, very cheap! The room was clean, they provided us with enough clean linen and towels, it was mostly quiet. Great value for money if you are looking to spend more on attractions in the city than on accommodation. Definitely come back :)

Good value for money, location is good. Room is bigger then most other condos, good furniture and wooden cupboards. But I find staff are very rude. On a 2 day stay, they told me that I needed to pay electricity and later they added water but water was leaking in the toilet, which they clearly come into the room and checked it out.. There was visible dust around all over tables, one seater couch. This is very old building but well built. Water and electricity not paid separately by the short term renters, only by the monthly renters. If any charges needed to pay by the stayer should be clearly displayed on the booking form, there was none there. In the morning about to check out, they did not open the front gate to us excusing electricity and water bills to pay and they did not tell us how much to pay. The very old guy there talking to someone on the phone, I think the owner, wasting lots of our time. Finally, We had to climb over the fence with our luggages just to get out there in time. This was very rude. This building very good but owners are let down.

The apartment wah situated a long way from Jomtien beach, about 45 minutes walk! So when sleep 1 night! And check out, after when did book a room direct At Jomtienbeach. So the location of the apartment was to far out.
