I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! If anything wasn’t quite right, they were quick to assist, offering solutions, replacements, or anything we needed without hesitation. The Wi-Fi was stable, which made it easy to stay connected, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful, with no loud disruptions, even early in the morning. A special mention goes to the kind and attentive owners. Some issues with understanding each other , but Google translate will help you. Free coffee, tea, fruits, water during the day - thank you. Location is nice. We didn't have any problems to walk to the stores, night markets, around the area.

The cleaning could be improved. Not critical, but some places in the room are covered with a little dust.

This hotel is perfect location,, has clean specious rooms with big balcony , Nan was always available and ready to help at any questions ,,, Very delicious breakfast ( included) and any food I ordered was amaizing I had really wonderful stay there for 10 days , canoeing, plot , pool ,,,, very relaxing and tranquil atmosphere Thanks a lot to Nan who make my vacation soooo special

We loved the place so much! The room was clean in every corner. The bed was big and comfy. We had a balcony and a big bathroom, great shower. AC worked perfectly. The room is equipped with water, a mini fridge, towels and a tv. The Host was so welcoming and friendly. She gave the place such a personal home vibe and makes your stay as comfortable ad possible. We were also able to use the very well equipped kitchen anytime we wanted to. Even tho there were other guests it felt like we had the place for ourselves. Very quiet house and area but walking distance to the beach! Highly recommend!!

We loved our stay here! The hosts are so friendly, always have a big smile on their faces. Room is spacious, comes with aircon and has a fridge as well, away from the business of Pattaya, there is a kitchen downstairs if you need to use anything. Would defiantly stay here again, they also have very cute cats!

It was one of the best hotels I stayed in Pattaya. It is a very clean hotel. The view from my room was magnificent. Jomtiem beach is just 3 minutes walk away. There are always free snacks, tea and coffee. The hotel owners are very sweet people. They are helpful. I definitely recommend it.

Didn't use breakfast facilities. Location was convenient for what I wanted. Only 400 metres from beach, restaurants and close to transport.

the location - far away from all the noise, 10-minute walk to the quiet and nice Jomtien beach. Family room - was good enough for a family of 5. the owner - very nice, kind and hospitable Rice porridge in the morning

Nice place. Make your own breakfast on the morning. Small swimming pool, but good to get out of the heat. Our family room had 2 large double beds and 2 bathrooms.

Great staff let us check in early. Room was quiet and it was a short walk from the beach.
