Beautiful designed hotel. Good breakfast. Amazing staff!!!! we are staying in this hotel in 2020. So, our choice only this hotel in Pattaya!

Noisy. Front of the hotel restaurant ( very good food) with life music. They play till 23:30. if you want sleep early, you can’t. :/

Very well designed hotel on Jomtien Beach, easy to find, easy to go everywhere, and 7-11 just at the corner. Beautiful room decor, firmed bed, great shower. we had the room on another road side, so no problem to our sleep. Breakfast line was ok, limited choices of western food but tasty Thai menus & Thai desserts. We had dinner at Street Bar, the food was really good, we enjoyed everything esp. Tom Yum Kung.

The design of bathroom door!! The glass door which was not from floor to ceiling, this did not give any comfort at all.

The location of the hotel was in a quiet part of Jomtien, perfect for family in close proximity to a number of excellent local seafood restaurants and beach. We had problems booking things to do for the kids but that was caused by my bank insisting on the application of the latest anti -fraud measures imposed by the EU. Some businesses haven't complied yet so payment is declined. Thought Brits had left the EU but obviously I'm wrong. Using pre internet solutions I organised a driver to take us around the attractions and paid cash at the venue. Worked well. Breakfast offered an insight to the local cuisine as well as western delights. I didn't bother with the bacon because Tom yam goong is far more interesting for the taste buds first thing in the morning. Staff were charming and most helpful, the sort of Thai hospitality I know and love. Thank you to you all.

There was nothing I didn't like. I appreciate things are done differently in this beautiful part of the world, but that is one of the attractions of coming here.

Room was bigger than needed, I think thanks to a genius upgrade. Room was clean and well appointed with everything you need. The staff at reception were efficient and friendly, Location is good, being not too far along beach road so you have access to a good bus service (as you go further along to the newer part of the road the bus service gets more sketchy).

The restaurant that served Breakfast was not as good an experience as the hotel, in terms of cleanliness and service it was good if not special. I think though Covid has changed the market to be more local, so food choice was limited if your preference was western flavours. One warning I will give, in choosing salad, check if the dressing that looks like Rhode island dressing is the Rhode island dressing as the alternative is very hot.

The noise from the music at the pool at night. It did stop at 11.30pm though which was good.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The music from the bar was loud so they moved us without problem to a quiet room. Breakfast is nice as is the general ambience.

Not too many good restaurants in the area although those that were near were quite good. Everything else good.

Clean, spacious, good value for money. Excellent breakfast. Staff were wonderful.

Nothing really. It suited our needs, suited our budget.
