Good value, cleanliness and location.
Needs better maintenance. Bathroom ceiling stained badly from watet damage. Rotted balcony railing is dangerous.

Hotel was clean and easy to get to.
No breakfast. The bathroom stunk of sewer but was better after we put a cup over the shower drain. There was no window from our room. The hotel should clarify on their bookings that there is no window from their standard rooms.

Room was large and clean
No hot water. The shower is set very low. No hair dryer. They disconnect the WiFi very first day in the morning of the day of check out. No water provided for the 2nd day.
