Enjoyed the clean, modern rooms. The small shallow rooftop pool was well maintained. The hotel staff were friendly. The area was quiet at Jomtien. Bath bus is very near. About 20 minutes to walking Street.

The hotel was next to a big hotel where there were giant tour buses that come and go everyday. Noises from the giant tour buses and the outside employees talking can be heard from my balcony.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were like in the pictures. We booked three rooms with balcony and when arrival we were sent to the right rooms.

The sea couldn’t really be seen from the balconies and one of the rooms was right next to another hotel that made a lot of noice in the morning. Also, when we left, after they checked the rooms, they gave us an 800 THB fee for a small plastic piece from the fridge that they said we broke. We paid but I really don’t remember breaking anything in the fridge and the fee seemed a little to high for a piece of plastic. Also the pool was smaller than I thought.

Upgraded to a suite so loved the extra space. Bed was comfortable and there was a bedside table and light both sides which was great. Multiple charging sockets were useful. View from the balcony was lovely at sunset. Great enclosed shower and free toiletries too. Water provided daily when you have your room cleaned. We didn’t try breakfast but we did eat at the restaurant which was good. Comfy beanbags by the pool and it was never too busy. Ideal location being close to the beach, 7-11, little cafes/restaurants and the baht bus. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming.

Cocktails weren’t great and the road itself had a strong smell of drains - not the hotel’s fault obviously.

Everything was good including breakfast, swimming pool and rooms 😇 I will definitely stay when I go back to Pattaya

Amazing and courteous staff. Facilities were good, though we did not use the swimming pool, we went up to the terrace to enjoy the view. Rooms were very nice. Cleaning staff did a good job of cleaning up the room.

Location of hotel was far from center of town, but that didn't matter much, am sharing this point as families with younger children may not want to travel so much every instance they had to visit one of the tourist spots.

This is a wonderful smaller hotel in this area located just off the beach strip in Jomtien. Superior room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean with good bed linen and towels. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Good coffee available from Cafe in foyer. Nice roof top area, pool and restaurant/bar. Good value. Close to a 7/11 with food carts including shakes and fruit outside.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel next door, parked their coaches next to this hotel. You could hear the engines and music from these coaches. Sometimes 6.30 am sometimes 11.30 pm. Would occasionally wake me up.

The location was in a quiet soi just off the beachroad , the staff were excellent , always friendly and any minor issues was sorted instantly.

Maybe the wifi could have been better , faster

One of the best hotels i've encountered in Thailand. Clean, perfect service and very friendly staff. I will definetly come back.

Overall it was the best experience. Their staff were well trained and always smile at you. They do have a basement parking, a lift, breakfast facility, nice pool. This hotel is very close to 7 eleven and other restaurants.
