Space full rooms with balcony, clean, the cleaning staff was happy to clean up the room everyday, so I had to put a "do not disturb sign" on the doors. The hotel staff is very kind even when we could not understand each other without Google translate (which is ok, as I do not speak Thai). Chairs and beds are comfy and the air-conditioning is quite enough. The electric water heater is in the bathroom so you can set the water temperature to your liking. There are street vendors with food around hotel, especially in the morning. I recommend trying them. The local fishing market is just outside the hotel on the beach, so if you cannot sleep you can see fisherman starting working around 3:00 AM. I extended my stay with this hotel twice, as I really enjoyed their accommodation.

The room's doors could use additional sound proofing, as you can hear what is going on in the corridors. A little bit of foam or seal around doors. It would be nice if the swimming pool area could be open till 22:00 everyday, as it's open till 20:00 most days, so you can enjoy the night breeze there. Cleaning of a bigger swimming pool and glass panels around them, would be advised, as you cannot see the bottom or too well through them.

Pros: Location directly across from Jomtien Beach was ideal! Easy walk to the beach promenade, 7-11, the Big Jomtien night market with lots of local & international food stalls! & plenty of massage shops. There’s also a local short bus/ jeep that loops around town. You should upgrade to a direct ocean view! So worth it!

A little dated; needs upgrading The beds are hard & on our first room we could feel the spring coils of the mattress, so we asked for an upgrade to a better room/ ocean view. The swimming pool needs cleaning

Location is brilliant facing the beach watching the wonderful sunsets Very big spacious room we had a double and a single. Beds are small so thankfully one of us slept in the single.

The bed was a little too hard for me. I was expecting a hairdryer and blue beach towels was no existent passed 4pm

Staff were friendly throughout my stay. This hotel is a great location and has everything you need. It's slightly older than some but kept in good condition for it's age.

The pool looks over the sea but you could see thou the glass because of the water marks on it.

I loved the place. The views. I woke up in the morning and I stood by my balcony everyday and I was pleasantly amazed. Can’t wait to go back there.

I wish I chose the beach view but that was my choice.

Pool and beach is nice , wonderful for a couple who want to relax on the beach and got to the pool, they give you towels to use around the pool also for free.

Staff struggle with English, but you can with persistence get what you need .

Excellent value for money. Ample parking. Huge room with double & single bed. Rooftop pool overlooking the ocean. 1 minute from the beach.

The room is very comfortable The service staff is very kind, even if they don't speak English, they will try to communicate with you. I stayed for three days and they even delivered my laundry, which was very cheap. Next to the beach, the street is very busy, lots of good food.

Well booking.com said that there is a fitness center at the hotel and that was not the case very out off date fitness equipment was covered with old sheet and that was it so get your info corrected asap.
