Whoever designed and manages this hotel knows what they're doing. We (2 adults 2 kids) stayed in a large family room featuring two bedrooms, a huge bathroom with dressing and safe, and a large patio with sea view, drying rack and comfy garden furniture. Furniture and decorations are tasteful, big fridge, cups kettle hairdryer toiletries etc. Everything is clean and in good shape. Immaculate lovely pool. Beds are super comfy, a real highlight. My kids loved the happy hour waffles, staff was super friendly, welcoming and eager to please. Location is excellent, flanked by two 7-elevens right on the beach front and far enough away from the red light activities for a family stay. Many dining options although we did move around a lot with Bolt. Laundry around the corner. Because this is beachfront on beach road, we worried a bit about noise, and yes, when you sit on the patio, you see and hear the fishermen going about and traffic going by, but with the patio window closed and the gentle hum of the air conditioners, we all slept without disturbance. Special mention for the huge bathtub used as an Olympic swimming pool by my kids , and the throne which is centrally placed opposite the dressing mirrors, you can admire yourself in full splendor while doing your business 🤣 No breakfast but many options ver close by. All in all a great stay and we will be back, this hotel is like a secret Insider tip.

There's good water pressure in the bathroom, also on the bum douche, hard to control. Take care or you might be washing deeper than intended. Other than that it was a great stay, great value for money, we'll definitely repeat!

Friendly staff. Great location, opposite the beach, where you can watch the fishermen come in in the morning. Next to a lovely restaurant and near the night market, with loads of lovely food. Fat enough removed from the hustle and bustle that the evenings were quiet. The rooms were spacious, and the balcony was big enough for the family to sit out. The pool is a great option, if you want a day without sand everywhere! Our puppy was also made very welcome and loved her first time at the beach ❤️

This is a great place to stay for South Pattaya & not to far from the airport. Just across the road is the beach & fishermen’s market. A few decent places to eat. The staff at the Beach Gallery are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The bed & pillows were very comfortable.

There was nothing at the Beach House itself that I didn’t like. I wouldn’t recommend this area for a family holiday. There are now plenty of weed shops in Thailand resulting in unwelcome wafts!

Spacious rooms, big balcony with chairs and table to hang overlooking the beach, nice pool which was clean, great staff helping all the time, free snacks in the room, comfy beds, good wifi, TV’s with apps such as YouTube and Netflix, AC worked well, close to everything but away from the party crowds, elevator had glass walls to see outside!

My family really enjoyed the swimming pool and the balcony with a view of the sea. Everything in the room was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The location was relatively quiet (considering the beachfront road), but convenient to reach from the airport (~2 hours).

Everything was perfect - nothing to dislike; maybe the only small issue was that the deposit was twice the normal amount.

Amazing staff make this place feel like home. Huge multi room apartment with a balcony big enough for a sofa and two armchairs overlooking the pool and the beach. It's a little dusty but the biggest bath in the world, super powerful shower and three double wardrobes built into the enormous bathroom. Fabulous stay due to the staff, the location, the balcony, and the massive amount of living space. No restaurant, no breakfast, but any number of great local places to eat nearby.

Perfect location, across the road from the beach and close to all the restaurants and amenities but not right in it so it’s nice and quiet in the evenings. The beds were very comfy and the balcony was big. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My children loved the pool!

Friendly staff, big well equipped room, comfortable bed, a huge bathroom and equally big balcony with a view to the pool and partly to the beach(stayed on the second floor). Pool was clean and barely used by other guest while we was there, so it almost felt like a private pool.

Was a slight smell of moisture-damage to the room when we first arrived, but got better when we turned on the AC, but didn’t disappear 100%.

They do not have a good bookingsystem, they made 2 times a mistake. but after the first one they gave me a super upgrade

the second room was not with view and bathroom not clean.

The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. I think it may have been the best bed I have ever slept in. The pool was great and the beach view from our balcony was amazing. Location perfect and staff so friendly. We even got parking and fund everything we needed close by.

Our room had no hot water which wasn’t the worst as the weather was so hot but we would have liked it. Our glass sliding door did not lock and then fell apart from the frame. Our apartment was secure though.
