The location is excellent—there are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés, and massage places within walking distance. The sea is a bit of a walk, but that wasn’t a problem for me since I didn’t come specifically for the beach. Although the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, there are many great food options just around the corner. The room was spacious and well-equipped, which made for a comfortable stay.

The only minor issue was the balcony door lock. I didn’t notice it until late at night, and by then it was too late to change rooms. Fortunately, I managed to get it locked in the end, so it didn’t affect my stay too much. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, they spoke enough English to communicate easy, the location was close to stores and restaurants. The internet here worked really good.

There was a kettle in the room but no cups or spoons so could not have coffee in my room in the morning, also there is a large balcony but no chairs or table so you can use it and sit outside that would have been very nice. Also you can not bring unregistered guess to your room not a big problem but just so you know.

Cute little hotel which is about 10 to 15min from the beach. Very close to 7-eleven and lots of small café and bar. Very good value for money. Nice big room. Its about 10mins taxi ride south of Pattaya so its reasonably quiet.

The decorations to the rooms are little tired and the aircon didn't work too well but the staff did their best to make sure it worked as well as it could. But for the price I was not too worried.

Hotel was very quiet inside at least our room. And personel starting from security men to reseption personal and cleaners was very polite and friendly and helpful. The price I payed and what I got was ok.

The only problem outside hotel was very busy street next to hotel and street noice especially from bigger motorbikes when those were driven night time like bike races. Speed limit is 40 km/ h, but there is no control how fast you drive.

The thing that really stood out about Jomtien was how easy it was to find everything I needed within walking distance the beach was a stone’s throw from my hotel, there were plenty of places to grab authentic Thai food or even a good espresso, and the night markets were a perfect way to end each day with a bit of shopping and snacking. The service always came with a smile, and the food was always fresh and delicious.

Our family had the best time in Jomtien, where the slower pace of life made it perfect for reconnecting and spending quality time together. The 24-hour reception was incredibly helpful when we arrived late with tired kids, the multilingual team at the front desk made everything so easy, and we especially appreciated the daily housekeeping that kept everything spotless.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and I want to say a big THANK-YOU for everything here. The room always and every day was clean ,my room was deluxe huge bed and space very quiet

It's long from the beach but if you walk it s okay

I really like this location in Jomtien. A 12-minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants near the hotel. Plus the best massage parlor I've used in Thailand is near the hotel. Also there is a 7-Eleven is next door. You can't be the price. Plus the staff was very nice.

Can be a little loud if you have a room on the street. The restaurant is very good but a little pricey. Especially compared to the other restaurants nearby.
