I fully enjoyed my stay 2 one bedroom villas for 10,000 THB was great value, the shower facilities were nice and clean, the air conditioning was great, the location was perfect plenty of 7 Eleven shops close by, food places to eat and a 10 minute walk to the beach.

We didnt get off to a great start when it came to payment, it said to pay by bank transfer and then on the day before check in no payment was from my account because normally booking.com would take the money straight away but nothing happened and I found it strange so I contacted and asked them why and they said its cash only payment when it was never stated in the booking details...if they told me it was a cash only payment I would have been more prepared and organised doing my money exchange if they told me in the first place but it was solved in the end and they apologised And one more thing I have to be honest the bed wasn't very comfortable, the mattress felt like I was sleeping on a rock at times and I had some aches in my body but it could be worse

Staff was friendly and helpful.

The property was good and the staff was also friendly, but there was no easy way to connect with the staff if we wanted any thing. No room service was available. There was no security guard at the gate as well. There was no options was breakfast and fruit which was kept was hardly few pieces for 3 people.

The location wasn't the best as you needed to book a taxi anywhere but I suppose it was cheap for this reason.

Lot of nature and nice common areas. 2 bottles of water provided daily.

The room was dirty, i found spider nets on the nightstand lamp, woke up one morning with a cockroach running over my face, and the personal a bit rude when talking to them to a point where they’ll tell you to shut up and get out! . If you are looking for a super quiet place to stay and don’t care about cleanliness I’ll recomend this, if you are on a more “party” journey DO NOT stay here. It’s more like a family resort kind of place.

The property offers a quiet, peaceful retreat just few minutes' walk from the busy, bustling Jontien beach. The pool was well maintained and afforded a cool retreat in the heat of the day.

No restaurant or bar facilities. No one turned to clean the room during our entire stay. The furniture was very poorly maintained. It was impossible to plug in the kettle on a level surface without using the floor, and the toilet leaked. It was rated 4* on Booking.com, but I have enjoyed a higher standard of accommodation in most 3* facilities in Thailand. It felt like the owner had forgotten about this place because with a decent refurb and the inclusion of facilties every other 4* would offer it could be really good

The rooms in the pictures look definitely different from what we had, the first room we entered, after 5 minutes in the bathroom there were cockroaches the size of a fist, then we asked to change rooms, we were given a room next door, after 2 days of sleeping on these beds we are all bitten by bedbugs and other insects, we are sure that it was from the beds because we could not stand it after 2nights, we did not sleep even for a moment, the room was not cleaned for 3 days and when we asked if anyone was cleaning at all, the gentleman said tomorrow, but tomorrow we were already checking out we booked a room for 4 days we spent two there and breakfast was what is described and what was shown in the picture, a buffet? forget it, we got a plate and on the plate 2 slices of cucumber, 2 slices of tomato and 2 small sausages, that's what every breakfast looked like .. I'm sorry but it was one of the worst hotels I've ever been to.
