Staff with smiling faces were amazing. They were quite helpful and approachable. Location of the hotel always matters to me and it really worked here. Cleanliness was above moderate level, however carpets must be changed.

Food in the hotel is pretty expensive when it’s compared to outside restaurants which is a good reason to try the nearby tastes. Luckily it is in the center and there are so many good restaurants around it.

The staff at the breakfast area was very attentive. Oktay, in particular, made me feel welcome. His hospitality was unparalleled.

Overall, the country felt heavily securitized. While the police and overall security checks were reassuring, it was a bit jarring to be surrounded by so much security and to undergo security checks.

Staff very friendly location is wonderful. My room had a beautiful view.

The furniture is inside the bedrooms and the bathroom little outdated does need upgrade. Some of the furniture is a chip on timbers. I think it will be wonderful if they can upgrade the furniture and carpet

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ankara. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. While I was resting in my room, they generously offered complimentary sweets and other delights. Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic; I absolutely loved it.

We had a wonderful stay. The reception staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Bugra, who was very friendly and kindly arranged an extra bed at no additional cost — a thoughtful and much appreciated gesture.

This was a EXCELLENT Hotel. The room was very clean & spotless. The breakfast was superb and the food was so delicious. The location was close to shops, shopping mall and attractions. The staff were brilliant and had best customer service. The hotel has a hairdresser called Ali and he delivers best results for your hair. I would like to add few staff who has extreme kindness, consideration and excellent customer service there name's are, mehmet durmaz Hasan demiral Cem yildiz Asur mustafa Sezgin yilmaz Hasan The reception service are fast, efficient and very supportive. The concierge are very helpful expecially CEM. I would also like to thank the chef helper for remembering our peach compose everyday. I would like to thank you all for your service and I really appreciate all for making our stay welcomed and enjoyable. I will definitely book my stay at HiltonSA Hotel every time we visit Ankara.

It is very strange for such an hotel that running of parking facilities was outsourced

This is a fabulous city centre 5* hotel! There is a great feeling of air and space as you enter the Ankara Hilton, a real oasis. The large lounge area and lotus bar is sophisticated and welcoming. The Greenhouse restaurant, again has such a feeling of space with high ceilings and windows. The cuisine from a splendid buffet breakfast to fabulous Turkish and international dishes is as you should expect. The executive lounge on the 15th floor has great city views, and set up for relaxing or work as you may wish. The health and fitness areas do not disappoint, again light and airy and an outside sun bathing area adjoining to the indoor pool. The Massage rooms are private and quiet, and the Indonesian masseuses second to none. The staff were plentiful, professional and always attentive setting the right ambiance, the Turks excel in this area. Our room was on the 13th of 16 floors, the decor is stylish, large windows, great views and very comfortable bed and marble bathroom. I can’t fault this establishment!

Had breakfast in the executive floor. It was convenient and in a calm environment with attentive staff.

It could have involved more fruit and variety. Also the end time for breakfast was too early for people being there for vacation.
