A really nice smallish hotel within easy reach of the centre of Alba Iulia. The staff elevate the hotel from good to great though, and special mention of Andrea (?) on the reception desk. So friendly and welcoming. Very comfy bed, well equipped room, good shower, large TV.

I was in one of the rooms underneath the bar/restaurant and there was a fair amount of noise at the end of the night and first thing in the morning. This is only a minor issue though and certainly wouldn't prevent me from booking again.

I liked the tidy room, the fact that it was not far from several convenience stores, and not too far from the center of Alba Iulia. Also, the AC was warking perfectly during the hot summer evenings and overall it was a cozy room to stay in.

The bathroom's sink was small that I had to bang my head in the mirror several times to properly wash my face and the inconvenience of hitting my head to the attic's wall when slipping out of the tub.

Every time I need accommodation in Alba Iulia, Crema Residence is my to go place. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds are comfortable and , especially in the summer , AC is a big bonus. Location wise is perfect! Walking distance to the main boulevard and shops. Staff is lovely and helpful 😍

The staff is friendly and it is easy to reach an agreement about everything. It is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. In the accommodation we found towels, sufficient amounts of soap and shampoo, toilet paper. There is a TV in every room, there is an iron, a hairdryer.

Big. spacious apartment with almost everything you need inside for a comfortable living. There is a Lidl 2-3 min walking distance and 15min walking distance to the Citadel which is a must see. There is also a private parking lot with barriers. All apartments have AC which was great to have when outside was 37 degrees Celsius.

Nothing to complain about.

Everything. it was clean, smell amazingly, staff was both friendly and super helpful. Acceptable distance to the city center by walking. Left some water and snacks for us in the room, WiFi was fast and AC was clean. Garage had more than enough space too. Definitely the best hotel in our trip!

Good price and good location. I am originally from Alba and whenever i go back to see friends i say at different hotels. Bed is ok.

I got a room at the last floor. VERY small and very hot. The shower in the bathroom was in such a position, that i couldn't take a shower due to the sloping roof.

this was the 2nd time I stayed here. It's extremely good value for money. The rooms are well appointed, beds are very comfy, good shower and a handy location. Also the staff are friendly and efficient.

Big room and a very big bathroom. Everything was clean and we had some water and tea/coffee for free The bed was comfy and also there was a nice temperature in the room

Everything was good, there is nothing to complain. Maybe, just maybe, it would help to have some hotel slippers especially now when the street is in construction and you may bring some dirt in the room.

Facilities are nice, i loved the bathroom, room was perfect as well, very safe and very easy to arrive from there to the old town. Bus stop to the train station is just in front the hotel.

It's in the last floor, many stairs to climb but ok
