The hotel had everything we needed including an elevator. The place was really nice, clean and quiet. The rooms are heated properly. It was everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The restaurant of the location is also amazing. Great breakfast with a varied menu. Also a great place if you want to have lunch or dinner. The food is absolutely delicious and the prices are really good. I recommend this complex which also has a very nice pension.

The bathroom we had in our room had a heating problem and the shower had a little leak under the door which was fixed the second day.

Excellent service. We only needed a room for part of a day, not even the night. Were visiting the close by Bran Castle, were taking an evening train out, needed a room for part of the day to store luggage and take a shower. The gentleman at the counter told us that breakfast was included, but we told him that we were not staying the night and would not require breakfast. When we were leaving in the late afternoon the gentleman had for us a bag ready with packed sandwiches and a bottle of cold water. That is what I call “going above and beyond”.

Hidden gem in Brasov. Very friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room. Breakfast had a good variety of food even for vegetarians. The soundproof really worked as there was a party on the first floor in the e evening and the music sound was diminished very good on the second level. Elevator 😀.

The inside parking is a little uncomfortable as it is basically a driveway and if someone parks behind you, you have to disturb others to get out. But there seems to be plenty of parking on the street in front of the hotel.

The staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was great, room was spacious and clean. It was really warm inside, so I had to dial down the radiator. Fun fact - the walls are decorated with footbal shirts and flags, very cool! All in all great little hotel! I could recommend it.

The staff were excellent. I had made an error in my booking (my mistake) but the reception offered a very fair and equitable offer which was an unnecessary but welcome surprise. Throughout my stay I was treated with kindness and respect. The room itself was large and comfortable. It was also very close to the train station which is what I was looking for.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was a little oasis after a long train journey and I slept so well! Food was well-presented and tasty. My breakfast was ample and dinner was lovely in the garden. Great stay!

One noisy neighbor's dog caused me to shut the balcony window for a while. Thankfully I was able to sleep however.

The oasis garden at the property is the highlight of the stay. Having breakfast in the garden with the soft splashing sound of the fountain is an amazing way to start the day. The breakfast was also had some very tasty yet healthy options. The staff is nice and friendly. The rooms are nice and clean.

Conveniently located for an overnight stay in Brasov with plans to see Bran Castle. 12 minutes from train station and 25 minutes walk to bus station to Bran. Wonderful staff. They gave me a free upgrade to a luxurious room. Excellent breakfast.
