Everything about our stay was spectacular. From the lovely welcoming staff who couldn't do enough to help, to the superb food at dinner and breakfast. The little touches, such as the welcome tea and cookies, rounded off a wonderful stay. When we return, there is nowhere else we would consider staying. The cost is well worth every penny.

Greatest Hotel ever! Particular design with the biggest rooms that I’ve seen in a hotel. Great SPA for a well deserved relaxation. Breakfast covers all tastes and they go above and beyond to please everyone. The Staff is the extra touch. They are all great. You just need to ask them whatever, and they will try EVERYTHING to meet your request. Keep going! Faith in Romanian tourism is restored after this is experience!

There should be 'childrens' hours' for usage of the spa. Oh it is such a beautiful spa!!! So you can imagine the dismay a weary traveler feels, while in-mid relaxation on the hydratherapy lounges in the jacuzzi, the silence is grossy interrupted by a loud child in an inflatable horsie ring, entering and shattering the peace! It was a 'run back to your room' situation.

This was our third stay at Kronwell, and once again, it fully lived up to our expectations. Despite encountering a few minor technical issues during our stay, the staff handled everything promptly and professionally, going above and beyond to ensure that we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their attentiveness and genuine care truly made a difference and turned a small inconvenience into a reminder of how committed they are to providing top-notch service. Kronwell continues to impress us with its elegant design, cozy atmosphere, and exceptional attention to detail. From the moment you step into the lobby to the moment you check out, everything feels seamless and well thought out. The rooms are always spotless and spacious, the amenities are modern and high-quality, and the breakfast is simply outstanding — fresh, varied, and delicious. After three wonderful experiences here, we can confidently say that Kronwell remains our number one choice whenever we visit Brașov. I had heard a lot of great things about this hotel, but let me tell you: it didn't just meet our expectations, it exceeded them completely! Everything was amazing, starting from the level of cleanliness, attention to detail, and the food from Couchette Traveller's Bistro, but what we appreciated the most was how well-mannered, polite, and pleasant the entire staff was. We've been to many other high-rated hotels before, but Kronwell definitely has the greatest staff we've encountered so far, and I would like to congratulate them for this! Keep up the excellent customer service and overall exquisite experience that you offer, we will definitely return here on our next visits to Brașov ❤️

Every little detail about the place is well suited for a comfy and relaxing stay. The room was spacious, the amenities were great and the staff was very friendly and to the point. The breakfast was very varied with a lot of very tasty treats such as: guacamole, hard cheese with caraway, quinoa green salad, several types of local cheese, jam packed pastries, choco cream, very good quality honey etc. Every morsal of food was above average quality. I highly recommend it. All in all, I had a really good time at this hotel. I am willing to bet you'll have a great one as well!

The bed was very soft. Very soft! I sleep terribly in such beds. Fortunately, another testament that this hotel goes above and beyond is that we informed the reception about this, and they immediately offered to change our mattress to a harder one AND they offered us different pillows (hard/soft etc). We had a good night's sleep after that! This hotel is well worth it!

This hotel truly deserves 5 stars! The breakfast was exceptional, offering a delightful selection of fresh and tasty options. The spa (which we paid extra for) was an absolute treat, with a wide array of amenities. Our room was impeccably clean, though the bed was perhaps a bit too soft for my liking (my husband loved it!). The sheets were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. The only minor drawback is its proximity to the train station, which resulted in some train noise one evening. However, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always with a smile. In order to arrive to the center of Brasov we took an Uber for a distance of 8-9 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning. It was a well-deserved indulgence.

I can say from the start that the hotel rises to the standard of a 5-star hotel without any problems. Right from the entrance, we were greeted kindly by the reception staff, the room is very large, very clean, very modernly furnished and equipped. The bed is huge and very comfortable. In the evening we were surprised to find in the room a thermos with hot tea and some cakes provided by the hotel. The breakfast was very varied and tasty, with very good quality products. I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone who arrives in Brasov and wants to spend a few unforgettable nights there.

It is not my first visit here. The location of this hotel might not be the best in Brasov but this is one of the most qualitative 4 stars hotel not only in Romania but in Europe

The management should pay more attention to the small things that are degrading and take measures.. Little scratches in furniture, doors must be repaired. Young personnel better trained and to the food at breakfast please pay more attention. We got used to a standard and now every deviation is very observable. .

We stayed at the Kronwell hotel for 5 nights while we came to a festival in Rasnov and we couldn't recommend it enough! The hotel facilities and staff is just top notch!! Lets start from the basics: The room is big and spacious, the bed was so comfortable, bathroom is perfect and all the room amenities were great. The breakfast was delicious and versatile including healthy options but also sweets and baked good. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was great! The hotel also offers an option for a pool and a spa, which was fun, clean, and a nice break during a hot day. We also used their transportation option every night and it was always on time and comfortable. But what really made a difference is the amazing staff at the hotel, we had a medical emergency during our stay and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us, and they checked on us daily and made sure we are ok and sent us tea and sweets to the room which warmed our hearts ❤️ Thank you Kronwell hotel, you made our stay in Brasov so much better and we are so glad we chose to stay here!

the only small down side is the Hotel location, its great to be a minute from the main train station, but its about 6-7 mins drive to the city center
