The hotel looks very well, with friendlyl staff and big parking place. The reception manager was very helpful and showed professionalism every time we had a dialog with her.

The only downside we've met was the sound insulation between the rooms. Unfortunately, this is something that was taken easily and doesn't meet the standards. Very easily to hear a normal conversation from the neighbor's room. That is pity because the hotel is just great.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. It was quiet and very clean. Eventhough it is not a brand new hotel, all furniture and amenities are very well kept. The beds are very comfortable. Great advantage is private parking in the courtyard. The breakfast was very nice. Very helpfull staff as well.

Nothing. All was perfect. Probably one thing, there was no black tea for breafast, only green and fruit. It seems that this is kind of Romanian tradition as the black tea was missing in all hotels we stayed. It is weird right? :-) However, not an issue.

Newly refurbished rooms are very spacious and have modern design. The hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly. The room was cleaned up daily. Parking in the backyard was OK and the street is quiet, the noise did not disturbed me (my window was all time open). There is no AC in the room, but it wasn't the issue.

I had a great stay at Hotel Regal]. The AC worked perfectly The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. From the lobby to our room Breakfast the quality of the food was excellent The hotel offers parking space the staff were friendly and helpful Highly recommend!

It's a bit far from the city center,

I liked most the fact that it was very clean, just as I read in other reviews. Cleanliness was my first concern regarding this reservation.

The location, the fact that it seemed brand new. The clean sheets and the fresh smell, the fact that it had a bathroom window and A/C in the room.

The receptionists were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Room was clear and I really liked the bathroom. There is elevator, so I didn’t have to bring my luggage on the stairs. Hungarian TV channels.

The breakfast was good, the room is big, nice and modern. Staff very welcoming. Good wifi.

I came with 2 kids, and we had only double bed, not very comfortable to sleep 3 ppl in same bed.

Incredible breakfast and lovely staff. They run it very well and they’re very welcoming.

There’s no option to make a cup of tea in your room. I recommend putting kettles which make a huge difference to the comfort of the room.

The staff was very polite. The breakfast was good. The room had a very nice terrace face the mountains.

Once, we found our room's door open when we came back in the evening. There was nothing missing and we were aknowledged there were cameras on the corridor. But still that was not pleasant.

Very clean room and bathroom, friendly staff at reception and breakfast time, ok walking distance to center, balcony with view on the mountain, elevator, free private parking, fresh and generous buffet for breakfast, small quiet terrace in the back for coffee/wine/smoking, good price for service and confort.
