The room was quiet, clean, cool shower. Super great location! Big room, good room service.

The ladies at the reception were super professional and nice. The two men were not great. I had my friend wait for me in the lobby for a couple of minutes while I changed in my room, he asked for permission to use the bathroom and the receptionist who saw us together (he knew I was staying at the hotel) refused and told him to basically wait at the lobby for me without using it because it's only for guests. The second one said I couldn't get a late checkout as promised without thinking maybe to check with some superior before quoting the house rules to me.. I had to insist until he checked and confirmed it's ok. The room was facing another house basically at the same level so I couldn't do anything in the room with natural light, the curtains had to be kept closed at all times.

The hotel is well situated for the old city in Braşov. It’s a 5 minute walk to the main square and there’s a beautiful park next to the hotel which was great for sitting in a shaded spot. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

The room was large and clean, and the position was excellent, a few minits walk from the city center.

We were surprised that the check in earlier than scheduled was possibile only for a fee of the 25 euros. The parking was rather expensive in comparisin with the city parking and the one we were charged elswere in the region.

Straightforward, simple, clean hotel, friendly reception staff. Nice modern rooms, rich minibar. Location is great in city center and they have a small parking, which is very useful in the area.

Breakfast is rather basic and breakfast staff were not very proactive.

Brasov was getting quite warm on my last two days of stay but the AC seem to have been set as warmer only.

Excellent location, all major attractions are in walking distance, less than 10 minutes walk to the Council Square. Very good housekeeping staff, clean the room and provide fresh towels every day. Spacious room and comfortable bed.

Location is amazing - 5 minutes walk to the Christmas market for example. Rooms is very clean, cozy. Bathroom is wide enough and clean. The view from room is amazing - in front of Sign of Brasov. In very cold month it was really comfortable temperature in the room.

There is nothing that we did not like. All was OK and really cannot say something about.

The hotel has a great location with private parking. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The breakfast is good, it would be better if add spoke fruit.
