The hotel is perfectly located near the Old Town Square with beautiful views from the terrace with a very spacious and comfortable suite perfect for our family. The breakfast was delicious and with a good range of food and the service was just exceptional!!we can't remember the names of the two young man that welcomed us at the hotel reception and also worked in the restaurant too..but both of them were so friendly, helpful and constantly running around making sure all customers are happy! Thank you and we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Casa Chitic. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more relaxing. The rustic ambience of the hotel adds so much character—it feels like a step back in time, but with all the modern comforts. What stood out the most was the warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the property, especially in the restaurant. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the cozy setting made every meal feel special. A perfect choice for anyone looking for comfort, charm, and a true taste of local hospitality!

The proximity to the city center, the fact that they offer parking (charged of purse), but in Brasov's city centre you definitely need it. The room is very spacious, with a lobby and an overall large room and bathroom. It was clean and you could see it was well maintained throughout the years. The staff was accommodating, offering clear directions when needed and had a respectful approach. We definitely recommend the restaurant Cucinino, which is theirs I think... Delicious and well made pizza and friendly staff...great location for a night out, kid friendly also

A beautiful small boutique hotel in a historic building. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here the rooms are beautiful and well furnished, stylish and homely. Breakfast was served in the restaurant area in the cellar, again a lovely relaxing atmosphere. There is a small communal terrace with a view of the mountain. The location is wonderful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Breakfast choices could have been more extensive, but otherwise it was great. The beds weren't as comfortable as they could be I could feel the springs.

Mihai the manager was extremely helpful with everything from helping us check in to suggesting restaurants. He and the rest of the staff really made us feel welcome. The hotel is in a beautifully restored historic building on a quiet corner just a block from the Piata Sfatului. The room was large, comfortable, well-heated and well-equipped. The self-serve breakfast was excellent, with good variety and quality. We can't wait to go back!

In general, I am not a fan of self check-in. I much prefer to interact with hotel staff, and a good check-in sets the stay off on the right foot. Fortunately Mihai was there to help us with finding our parking space and he checked us in and got us oriented. We are so glad we met Mihai as he was very helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations. If we had not had trouble finding the parking space, we might not have met Mihai until check-out, which would have been a real shame.

Perfectly located a stone’s throw from Brasov’s old town square, this lovely hotel had family rooms (‘deluxe apartment’) with one room with double bed, one room with twin beds, and bathroom. Absolutely ideal for a family like us, with high ceilings, plenty of space, and a decent breakfast too. Really enjoyed our stay, it deserves its high review score and we’d definitely stay here again.

Very easy out of hours check in and in the centre of town so easy access to restaurants etc. Good breakfast, very nice staff. Loved the room decor. Aircon fixed at 18 °C but thank goodness for the Aircon! They provided an iron when I needed one, over all a great, easy stay.

Maybe the room could have been a little cooler for us but it was a fantastic room, really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

We chose the hotel because of its location - right in the old city centre and close to the best attractions. The reception guy is very nice and professional. The price also included breakfast which is simple but good quality. We were also offered a small size wine bottle at check-in as it was one's birthday, which was a nice gesture.

Although the suite is comfy and sizeable, it was slightly dusty. The bathroom seemed also cleaned hastily but it was good enough for one day.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel, in the heart of Braşov, that not only was it spotless clean, but it also had the most welcoming and helpful reception staff! We booked 2 rooms , one was a suite and a regular room for 6 persons. The normal room’s aircon was not functioning well and the hotel went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable! That kind of hospitality sets the mood for a great trip ! I would definitely go back if I have the chance

Beautiful old house (17th century) restored into an 11 rooms hotel. Location is incredible, just next to walking street in the center of the old town. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in a beautiful cellar.

Not to be negative but a fair warning: stairs are quite steep and unavoidable. All rooms are on 1st or 2nd floor and breakfast is at -1. But it's worth the small effort
