Location was great, room spacy, clean, lovely decorated. Despite being in the very centre of the historical city pulsing with night life it is calm and you enjoy lovely sleep.

Breakfast was server in other hotel, a few minutes walk - Restaurant Barique Garden. You wouldnt mind it of it were good. But… It is definitely not what you expect of a hotel breakfast. You can choose from the menu only, everything extra you have to pay for example juice… ammount of food is also not sufficient - two eggs for an adult man, little piece of cheese and one slice of ham, lettuce was tired… first day we had dirty cloth napkins, full of debris of previous food. Nearby bakeries offer really fresh and taste pastry and you get this…Such a pity! Hotel Annapolis is great but this is such a bad start of the day…

- The central location gave us quick access to all the things we wanted to visit; - The room was spacious and comfortable, the furniture was beautiful and I liked that we had comfortable armchairs to stay and read a book. - From our room, we had a stunning view facing the Black Church and Baritiu street.

- The building soundproofing was rather poor and we could hear all the bike noises and church bells ringing at fixed hours. But thankfully, there isn’t much noise during the night and we could sleep; - For the charged price, the property should have been better.

There is no breakfast room in the hotel. This was not specified. It was a surprise. The breakfast room of another hotel, 100 meters away, is being used. It must be specified on the site. The location is great. In the middle of everything. Room size was adequate.

The sink in the bathroom is interesting but useless. No space to put stuff. Towels are insufficient and they don't change it every day. The shower area is very small and the whole place gets wet. If you are coming by car, take care of yourself. Nearby parking is very expensive and you're stuck with roadside parking (which you have to pay for by downloading the app).

I liked the location, the staff's friendliness and their readiness to help. As a marketing idea for the staff: what about including the "story" of the house in the hotel brochure? I'm pretty sure, each house from thar area has its own story! What about organising socialising evenings, between tourists accommodated here and the staff & owners (maybe a tea/coffee socialising meeting)?

I didn't quite appreciate the vintage furniture and the fact that, being accommodated on the ground floor, it was somehow noisy during the night (they were evacuating and emptying the waste bins, I guess).

The pillows were thin and very uncofortable.That’s because they were cheep pillows. You can’t have a hotel in the very center of Brașov and have pillows like that. I think that beds and pillows are the first thing every hotel should invest in.Confort should be primary.

The first impression was wonderful ! The boy at the Reception was very kind and explained in details where we could find a place to park our car and to make the payment. He recommended a very nice local restaurant in the Heart of the city, where we enjoyed an excellent dinner. The rooms were fantastic with a breathtaking view directly the famous Black Church in Brasov.

There is nothing to complain about. Definitely we will come back to this Hotel if stay again in Brasov ! :-) We would recommend it to our friends as well = the location is great and it is very close to Bran Castle (Dracula) = approx. 30 km.

The location is very nice and close to the Old Center, the young lady from the reception was very friendly, kind and attentive. The room was really nice for the price, you don't need anything super fancy when travelling to the mountains. I will definitely choose this place the next time I come to Brasov.

Maybe some extra attention when cleaning the rooms so the bed doesn't have hairs or fluff on the blanket or pillow cases but other than this there wasn't anything bad, in my opinion.

Spacious room, spacious bathroom, large bed, hair dryer, a bottle of sparkling wine (as it was during the New Year); Right near Piata Sfatului, really central.

The fact that it started pouring from the ceiling, in the bathroom, and it was next to the lights; I guess it was a problem with the apartment upstairs and the water system, but it wasn't okay at 3 o'clock to have water dripping from the ceiling.

Fickle code box for entrance after 22.00 hrs, also the room under the roof with no AC and with windows that can't be opened was very hot in the afternoons despite the 2 fans

Ideal location in the city center, but very quiet in the room. Personnel is very friendly. Room is large and comfortabel. Bed and shower are perfect for tall people (my partner is 1.98m)

Breakfast is in a different location, 4 mins walking away. Nice restaurant but breakfast was not enough, so we had to order and pay extra.
