The biggest plus with this hotel is the location, right in the centre of town, 2 minutes walk from the main square. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and an awesome strength shower. It was a good room for sleeping at the end of the day but not really designed to be lived in more than that.

The biggest negative was the lack of daylight. The room was on the first floor but had no light coming in as the next building was about a metre away. In addition the lighting set-up in the room was not good. The main light was OK but there was nothing of any strength next to the beds so it was very difficult to read in bed. There were chairs but more like stools. It would have been nice to have decent chairs to be used at the desk.

OMG - everything! Size of room, super comfy bed, lots of pillows, fridge in room, AMAZING breakfast and, of course, EXTREMELY NICE STAFF! I was a bit surprised with this kind of customer-oriented staff, from reception to the restaurant... very, very nice. The Maître d' (main employee of restaurant and in charge of breakfast) plus the lady behind the bar at breakfast are exceptional employees, so professional and so, so kind. Location - amazing and very quiet (3rd floor) eventhough in the heart of Brasov's old city center. Thank you ❤️

I loved my short stay and just wish it could've been longer. But I was in my hometown 😊 and I am glad that hotels are like this, now. Bravo!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the staff, which truly felt like 5-star hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the team went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The reception staff were quick with check-in, and the housekeeping team kept everything spotless. I also appreciated the concierge’s recommendations for local attractions—they were spot on and really enhanced my trip. However, the hotel facilities and amenities were very much aligned with its 3-star rating. The rooms were clean but basic, and some areas could use an update. The breakfast was good but lacked variety. Overall, the hotel itself met my expectations for its rating, but the staff truly elevated the experience. I would return simply for the outstanding service.

Nicely located in the center of Brasov, Gott hotel is a very welcoming place! Personnel is quite nice, everybody is smiling and doing their best to help. The room was very clean, no so big but quite ok for a short stay as it was our case. Bed was very comfortable, the view was really nice! Although very close to the main square, it was not noisy over night. Breakfast very good, more veggies that usual, which was great for me!

Parking in the center of Brasov can be challenging when the city is full of tourists, the hotel has some parking places but not enough. Still, I would return there.

Great location right in the centre of town. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, and my room was very comfortable. The included breakfast was nice, if nothing too special.

The hotel is definitely showing its age a bit. The floors creak pretty noticeably and a lot of the furnishings seem a bit dated. But that can just be the price of staying in a historic building sometimes.

The accommodation is just wonderful - the room was very spacious, the location is excellent and central (just a 1 min walk away from Piata Sfatului), the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Additionally, there is a very complete set of options for the breakfast, and they were all delicious.

There is no elevator, so a word of caution for when bringing heavy luggage.

The hotel was extremely well-located, right next to the central square of Brasov. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was really good and with a varied selection. WiFi was good and reliable as well. Overall, nothing major to complain, it was a really pleasant accommodation and for a good price.

There's no elevator. It wasn't particularly relevant for our stay, as we had little luggage and stayed on the first floor, but good to be aware of it.

The girl at reception are very helpful and nice. The room was spacious , quite confortable and with a small fridge. The breakfast is quite varied , many food to choose. The decoration of the hotel itself.

There is no lift! Very disturbing to climb with a heavy suitcase. The breakfast room chairs are uncomfortable and in a small room.

It's very atmospheric and charming. Done out to a really high spec while being tasteful and in keeping with a traditional style. The lady on reception was lovely and really helpful. It's in the heart of Brasov. Perfect location. The restaurant downstairs is stunning, like some sort of art display.

Don't use the laundry service. It's crazily expensive. They use an external company that overcharges. The hotel don't make any profit on it apparently. They just use a super expensive company.

The location is great, the staf is friendly, the breakfast is good and the restaurant is nice, cosy and has a nice view to the old town streets which I like a lot. Good value for money. I recommend if you are not too picky.

The hotel is quite old, the flour creaks... If you make a reservation for a specific room you might have the surprise that your room was already given to someone else. Even if I had the written confirmation for that room, it happend to me this time, but the receptionist was very friendly and she tried to find the best solution. In the second night she moved us in a very nice room with a nice view.
