The Spa was small but good and professionally.Clean and comfortable.Good breakfast.

The property checked extra money for a non supervised parking outside of the hotel.The acces road at the hotel with my luggage was a nightmare on the cubic stones road .On site restaurant overpriced!☹️☹️

Very nice family environment, very quiet and with many kid friendly activities. Food was pretty good at every meal, with many options to choose from. The staff was also very friendly.

There are no real boundaries, so to speak, between the kids and adult areas, not even at the spa. Either outside or inside. So the areas that are supposed to be quiet, almost never are, as there are kids running around everywhere. There was even a naked elderly man that came out of the sauna at one point. The pools outside are super small and were not heated, making it very hard to enjoy them. The inside pool is very small and shallow, and during our visit it was heated only one day. For the rest of the time we couldn't touch it as it was very cold.

The breakfast is good with lots of choices, the hotel has a lot of facilities for kids. The staff was nice.

The restaurant opens for lunch only at 13 and the spa/pool at 12. For families with small kids that sleep at lunch the schedule is not good at all cause you either can take the kids from 12 to 13, then for lunch and sleep at 14 which is late for a small kid or you can go to the pool after the nap which most probably is again only one hour cause after 5 kids are not allowed anymore. If i pay for a hotel with extra facilities i want to be able to enjoy them with my kid. They store the extra beds on the hallways, for a 4 star hotel is not a very nice picture.

The fact that I had to pay extra for parking. Not that it is a lot, 3 EUR, but for 3 EUR hotel should just include this in the room price and not have the extra charge. It just gives a bad feeling.

The location and facilities are good, the property is clean and very welcoming for families with kids. The outside areas is very nice organized for all types of activities. The breakfast accommodates a lot of tastes and is in abundance.

The sheets were washed with a detergent that had a persistent smell and I could barely sleep, maybe it seems weird, but this is how it was for me. It wasn't smelling bad, but it was too much for me. The toilet in the bathroom was flushing on its own and you had to go and flush again, so it stopped.

+ kids friendly!!! + cozy spa, though a bit small. + friendly staff + nice side activities offered by the hotel

two huge negative aspects from our side: - parking has to pe paid - 17 lei/day. not expensive but it’s a matter of principle, firstly because it’s outside of the hotel perimeter, secondly because anyway, the room price is not chep. - access to the spa for the kids is forbidden after 19h. we understand the reasons but 19:00 ia kind of early.

I was most impressed with the staff. They were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. My son also loved the fact that there were bikes available to use.

I didn't like the bathroom's layout. The sink is positioned directly within the shower area, which means the entire floor gets wet after a shower. This makes it very unpleasant and inconvenient to use the sink afterwards.

The location is excellent, in the middle of nature. The staff was very friendly and helped us during the entire stay. The restaurant food was usually ok, and the breakfast was very diverse. My problem was that I got a serious food sickness during the last day of the stay so I had a sleepless night. nobody else from the group had any problems so I can't say the food in general was bad, but my dish ( meatballs ) was clearly faulty,

Only one of the 3 outside pools was available and they were repairing the other two all day, creating a lot of noise and discomfort. The rooms didn't have air conditioning so it was quite hot inside the room. Also, the evening campfire was nice, but it was way to close to the building and we had to keep the window closed most of the night, or else the room would get smoked. Together with the lack of airconditioning, the night ware not quite pleasant.

Nice country side hotel. Great for kids and parents. Lots of playing area for children. With a great Spa like hot tubs/ small pool. Good breakfast buffet, but definitely not ‘bio’ vegetables.

The beds are spring mattresses and uncomfortable. Very dim lights in the bathroom room, make it hard to shave and do makeup etc The stand up shower has not closure so the entire bathroom gets wet.. The small refrigerator doesn’t cool to all the beverages offered in room.. They ask for parking payment separately which is ironic because we are in the middle of the countryside, I suggest this be included in the room fee as no one arrives here without a car.

The property was clean😁. I liked the fact that our room was separate from the restaurant, spa and reception. The view is exceptional, especially the tree house. The property is very very big. Love the library and the fact that the design for each room was in ambient with the rest of the whole property.
