I really liked everything there! First of all the hotel looks amazing! The breakfast is wonderful and the restaurant is also amazing. We are a gay couple, we felt very welcomed and we ate 2 dinners in the hotel restaurant just because it was so good. The indoor pool is great as well. Another thing, we asked for breakfast to go because we had to drive early in the morning back to the airport and they made us a wonderful breakfast to go! That was so nice. Also, we asked the front desk to make a call for us, asking something from a different hotel, and they happily helped. So, really, we love this hotel!

Not that I disliked it, but it's definitely not a 5 star rooms cleaned daily but only half-heartedly pull sheet on bed. Not once did they change the towels, and after 5 days, they need changing. Never changed the coffee cups or glasses. We are a very tidy couple and put all our waste in bag for the cleaner to take this was only done on day 4. I understand hotels put prices up for festivals and events, but 700+ for 5 nights is a lot.

Conacul Ambient is very well positioned in Cristian, a lovely village 20 min away by car from Brasov. The food is very good at the restaurant and breakfast was delicious, good variety of food for kids as well as adults. The room (a duplex) was spacious, clean, with 2 bathrooms and a terrace. Could accommodate 2 adults and 2-3 kids. 2 beautiful outdoor playgrounds available for the kids. Overall we highly recommend!

Pay attention to the room you select especially if you have small kids - some of the rooms (like ours this time) are in a different building than the pool and the restaurant, so you need to get dressed and cross the yard to get there. We did not know that, otherwise we would have asked for a room in the same building as the pool and restaurant. The indoor pool is heated, only the lockers are cold and down a cold hallway. Heating in the room was turned on only in the evening (nevertheless, no real need during the day), so it was very hot (extremely hot at times) inside until the next morning.

Breakfast and Dinner - liked the food and the variety. Comfortable parking right outside the hotel. Great indoor pool. Comfortable rooms. In total, great value.

Safety deposit box in one of the two rooms we had didn't work. Staff tried to fix it but without success. No elevator, so some discomfort carrying luggage, on first and last days, thru narrow stairs. Although, it's only one floor. Sauna didn't work during 3 out of 5 days of our stay. We mainly used the pool, so wasn't a big deal for us.

For us this was really nice accomodations since we are family of 5 (kids are 10, 7 and 1). We hade nice room/apartment on two floors and with one bathroom and one toilet. Facility have also nice pool and sauna, sometime was more people sometimes was empty but kids love it after all day of exploration of area to have some fun on pool. Location we loved beacuse all attraction was on 20-45 min driving and again when you come back in this place (not sure it's village or town) but it's looks really quite, peaceful and safe. One night we did come earlier and had diner and it was great and with normal prices. Staff in restaurants was also very nice. On check out there was young lady which helped resolve small issue with business invoice.

In upper bathroom was bit of smell in shower but not that radical to change room. On check dint get to much info actually just showed us room. But biggest mistake for property which one advertising 5 stars are fried eggs which one must be aptetitlich and must have dip effect, friendly advice change it because it's really nice property

We would like to say thank you to the hotel and its staff for a good holiday! The room was clean and warm, towels, slippers and bathrobes were enough for everyone, great shower gel. The breakfasts were delicious. The spa area was always clean and the pool was warm. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Thank you very much to the waiters, the service was just like at home. We will definitely come again!

Breakfast was good but kind of few options for a 5 starts accommodation. The facilities are great: 2 big playing grounds, 2 pools (one heated, located inside the hotel), pool table, restaurant etc. The rooms are big and comfortable, the view from the balcony was great. The staff is great, especially in the restaurant: very careful with us and the kids, the service was great and beyond expectations.

In the morning was a bad smell in the bathroom even though the window was permanently opened. Another thing we were a bit disappointed was at check-in when the receptionist announced us our 3 years+ old kids will not benefit the full board option we have selected/payed as we have missunderstood is for the 4 of us as specified in the reservation (the policy doesn't specify this detail). They said we should have received a message saying this is their policy but after they checked they confirmed we haven't. They apologied for the inconvenience but we had to pay for children menu even though the reservation was for 4, full board.

We stayed here on our way back to Bucharest from Transylvania. It is very close to Bran castle (tourist trap). It has a pool and sauna which we did not use but looked very nice. We had dinner there which was standard fare, breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable, bathroom facilities were good and there is a nice balcony. We were a couple but this place is more family oriented. Parking is outside the hotel.

The staff was never going out of their way. Whatever they could say bo to they did, most of the staff speak very poor English. The breakfast was ok, no more, and there was almost nothing left after 10 am
