Very nice, rustic buildings and interior. Our room was comfortable and cozy. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from one of the staff, on our arrival day, to ask us our ETA and to let us know what was the latest we could order food from the restaurant. Resort Ambient is close to both Brasov and Poiana Brasov, and other attractions such as Rasnov and Bran. It is also close to the new Brasov Airport. The food was very tasty.

One morning at around 10 o'clock, the receptionist was sleeping with her head on the reception desk, when I walked in to ask something (not very professional). Later that evening, returning by car, I walked in the reception to ask the receptionist to open the gate so we could drive into the inner yard. She (the same from the morning) wasn't there. After waiting about 10 minutes (no bell or other means to call somebody), I went to the restaurant, to see if they could open the gate. The receptionist was there, casually sipping a drink. I asked if she could open the gate, which she did, but didn't seem to acknowledge that I had to wait for her and come get her from the restaurant.

First of all a huge thanks. The staff it was amazing and friendly a huge benefit for this place. After I pass the hour for checking they give me a call if everything is ok and ask me if I want to order something from restaurant just in case I will be late. Parking, good food, information 👌.

The small fridge on the main bedroom it was making a huge noise during the night.

Perfect, quiet place with an excellent pool, wonderful surroundings, and friendly staff. Food is magnificent, tasty, and beautifully served and prices are reasonable. The place also has outdoor facilities for sports and relaxation. Everything was great. This was our second time and we would visit it again.

The weather was cold and we were accommodated in a room without internal access to the pool, so we had to make the short walk outside after using it. Not a good idea. My daughter got a bad cold. We should have skipped the pool under the circumstances, but it was one of the main reasons we chose the place. Thankfully there is a pharmacy nearby.

Everything was very clean, plenty of towels, Indoor pool really nice. The breakfast included in room price was really excellent.

The prices at the restaurant are quite high for the rest of the meals, higher than at the ski resorts for example. Tourists parked badly (like occupying two spots) and thus many times there was no parking space and the staff said they could do nothing about it.

Old AC in the room , it took a lot of time to get cold. They did not put a matress on the extra bed on the first night so it could not be used. I asked for one the second day and they apologized but they did not have a matress available in the first day that’s why they did not put one on the bed. The problem was fixed the second night but still terrible services, they could have told me when I did the check in.

the hotel was very good and clean, the staff was nice and very good. the room style was great and have Avery good impression.

We were told the morning of our stay that the ambient was not available and we would be staying at thr concul ambient. We were very happy with the change as the concul was lovely. It was the best food we have had on our trip to Romania. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We wanted to stay another night but wasn't available.

Very little in the area around but has alot of facilities on site.

The breakfast was good with limited varieties of plats (For 5 stars location could be more develop on breakfast choises)

The hotel is nice and clean. There was a swimming pool inside and outside. The area is nice.

To the Brasov is in about 15min by car. The hotel is located in Cristian town. Unfortunately the sauna has not been working.

All good. Maybe just a Little more at the cleaning things , not only the towels.
