We were greeted by an incredibly kind and welcoming gentleman who outlined all the normal check in details to us and then proceeded to guide us to the breakfast room and our guest room. He also arranged a reservation for us at the hotel restaurant (which was a delight - incredibly atmospheric and delicious food). Our room was massive with a large bed that was perfect. It was by far the largest guest room that I have been in for quite some time. The exposed beams were a nice touch. Even though we faced the main road, there were no noise issues. It was quite cold outside during our visit, but the hotel room was nice and toasty, and we were able to easily turn down the heat for sleeping. You can't really get a better location - right on the town square.

The buffet breakfast was well stocked, but on the small side. This is a smaller hotel though, so likely appropriate for the size. Overall a fine breakfast but perhaps could have a few more items that might appeal to children.

Amazing hotel spotlessly clean, unique design, brand carries on throughout. Everything was incredible fantastic water pressure, breakfast was superb, the attention to detail is what sets this hotel apart. Luxurious beddings, in the middle of the city. Restaurant is posh and very large, this hotel is ideal either for a single traveller or a romantic stay or for a large celebration. It is understated from the outside but once you step in is like a palace. Far exceeded my expectations and will definitely return to stay here. Super friendly staff and the cleaners are cleaning non stop. I suspect your room and bathroom are cleaned more than once a day. Historical, rustic, luxurious, spotlessly clean, wonderful atmosphere. I can't speak highly enough of it.

Everything was perfect you thought of everything.

Everything was amazing! This really cozy hotel is right in the heart of the Old City. This hotel has style, I tell you. Friendly receptionists are available 24/7, and tasty food is served at breakfast and in the restaurant. Everything is clean, sheets and towels are changed every day and you are never bothered by cleaning staff - they come and go while you are gone.

We were staying at the ground floor, so I will talk only about those rooms. Dear hotel, I think, you need to put some bars on the windows of the ground floor. It's really uncomfortable and feels insecure without them. Also, it's really uncomfortable that if you are not closing the curtains, anyone who passes behind the building will, basically, pass by your windows, seeing everything that is going on inside. 0% feel of intimacy if curtains are open, which was very important to me personally.

The hotel is situated about 10 yards from the main square and well within walking distance of all the iconic sites of the old town, and it's well decorated and is in a good state of repair. The staff are really friendly and most speak very good English which was a bit of a relief for us as Romana noastra nu este grozava... The breakfast was great - loads of the expected options and the ones we tried were all really nice. The hotel is right on a main road (we didn't hear it at all from our room) and is a well-known one that appears on Google Maps, Uber and Viator as a pick-up and drop-location which made the travel side of things super-simple.

I have stayed at Bella Muzica for the first time in 2006 during a business trip. Since then I have stayed there many times in all sort of situations (as a couple, with friends, with family, during summer, during winter, even during Christmas). Same great experience every time, from genuine smiling and helpful staff to very clean and comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. The food in their restaurant has also always been a great option. Not to mention the excellent location.

My only complaint is that I don’t manage to find them available every time when I need to book a room in Brasov, but this hotel is always my first choice since I’ve discovered it many years ago, so most probably I am not the only one booking it every time when looking for accommodation in Brasov.

The room was very large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was the same. We were sorry we only had one night to spend there as the hotel was really wonderful. There was also a very nice restaurant that was attached to the hotel and we really enjoyed a delicious meal there. It was downstairs and it reminded me of being in a beautiful brick cellar. It was homey and just a perfect way to the end of a busy day of sightseeing. Good wine, delicious food, beautiful clean room, and very friendly people who worked at the hotel and the restaurant. We could not have asked for anything more - except more time to spend there.

Excellent staff, speaking English, it's not a given here, we booked a room facing the square, the hotel is bright and tidy, in an antique style, eat in the hotel's restaurant, it's in the basement, you get a ten percent discount, for those arriving by car, get to the hotel, park on the side of the two tracks ( The opposite route is one route) to leave luggage and go to park the car in the hotel's parking lot, they will explain it to you. There is nothing more worth saying!! We booked a free tour through the GURUWALK app that leaves at ten in the morning right in front of the hotel, highly recommended

Absolutely loved my stay here! The room was lovely and very clean. The hotel is located right in the old centre square. Very easy to walk to the main tourist attraction points. I took a day trip out to Bran Castle and the desk staff were very helpful, printing out bus routes for me and offering to organise a taxi. The breakfast was nice, a typical continental breakfast. I highly recommend visiting the hotels restaurant while staying there- I reserved a table for myself and treated myself to a three-course meal and some wine. It was one of the best meals I have ever had.

The rooms were very warm (it was the middle of winter). I struggled to sleep in the warmth, but this was easily fixed by opening the windows.

Fantastic location. Lovely view of main square and easy to walk around to the main sites. So many bars and restaurants nearby with outside seating. Good comfortable, clean facilities. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

The windows let in light and sound from outside and it’s a busy road, and for a time there was loud music on the square. It would be nice to have better soundproofing and blackout curtains. Also the shower over the bath was hand held only. It would be better if there was a wall attachment.
