The location is a step away from the old city center, on a relatively quiet street parallel to the pedestrian one. Our booking was for a family room which is very good in size. The host was very helpful and welcoming to our request regarding changing the room with one facing the street, even though it seems a little bit noisy ( the nights being cool we kept the windows closed). Very clean, the towels were daily changed. In the room there is a good mini bar with good prices. The property has a nice, little patio and the entrance hall is decorated with different handicraft products. As soon as we had the booking confirmed, the host sent us information about the parking possibilities in the neighborhood. In the neighborhood there are lots of terraces, restaurants and shops.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, room as advertised - in our case the two bedroom suite, although it should be noted this is essentially two rooms sharing the same bathroom and having a single locked door. This would be great for a family with up to two small chlldren who could share a double bed. No problem with cleanliness. Housekeeping was performed during our two night stay. We also had a couple of chairs and a table on a walkway outside our room, which was nice. A breakfast option is offered via a local restaurant, which is about 5 minutes' walk away and is very good.

It's not the most straightforward way to get access - there seems to be a Ring Go type doorbell in operation most of the time (you get a key fob that opens the door once you're checked in). There's a few details that could be improved - replacing slightly worn fixtures like our bathroom door handle. However, these are very minor gripes.

Central location, you can walk to the old town, 7 minutes walk to the big supermarket - Carrefour. Very friendly staff, answered the phone both in the evening and in the morning. The place is closed, so that we were not worried that the children would run out into the street

A couple of things that can be fixed - 1) the floors in the apartment creak, so when you get up at night, you risk waking up everyone in the house. 2) there are cups and a table in the rooms, I would like to have more plates and spoons and a bottle opener 3) it was difficult to find parking at the hotel, but we were without a car and it didn't hurt

The accomodation was very nice overall, the staff very friendly and helpful, the room, altough tiny, was very clean and comfortable for a 2-night stay. I was impressed with the tranquillity of the street, despite being very close to the historic centre of the city. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, and the place is easily accessible using the local transportation.

The bathroom fan was a little noisy and it didn't work very great, maybe it needs some maintenance.

The staff is very nice, friendly, the location of the hotel is also very good, the supermarket is right across the street, there was cleaning almost every day.

Old furniture, and we couldn't check in before 3pm, even though we understand that check-in is at 3pm. The shampoo and soap were the same, not good.

Everything! Perfect beds, view of Brasov sign up on Tampa, easy access using code, quiet and relaxing rooms. The bathroom was perfect: large shower area, plenty hot water. Too hot in the rooms, stopped the heating but not responding. Breakfast was available nearby at additional cost but not really worth (poor coffee, not suitable for kids)

The place is really close to the main square, the beds are comfy with nice, fresh linen. We had pur beds made and toiletries topped up every day while we were out which was a nice touch. And the coffee machine at Reception was an early morning blessing.

If i were to look for something that needed improvement, then maybe the grouting in the bathroom could have done with a good scrub, especially since the water is so hard. And some hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels.

close to center and night life within 3 minutes walking, nice accommodation, nice furniture, beautiful tiles in the bathroom

parking is hard to find. First day we succeeded, but the next day we had to park in front of a shopping mall. But the parking fee was not so high. There was no breakfast, but we found restaurants close to the hotel.

We got two apartments, very spacious, clean, well compartmentalized. Each room had big beds. The beds we're comfortable, very good location. Staff was friendly. Easy to find.

There is no airco, we didn't need it, and I don't know if it is needed in Brașov being mountain. The bathroom could use a renovation, the entrance door in the apartment is termopan with glass which really doesn't fit with anything, not that it matter much. Just a shame of the design.

Awesome location in the old city! Great access to everything we needed and a plethora of restaurants to choose from close by. We loved the 24/7 coffee machine in reception!
