Great location, near the old town. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel does not deserve the 5 stars rating. The private parking is very far. The staff is ok but they are not up to standard. They need some extra training and to reduce the arrogance. The room was a bit small for the 5 stars category. The cleaning staff forgot to fill the bodywash and shampoo.

Location. The location was great but they have no parking. Forget about parking on the street, it’s impossible to find a spot.The hotel is going to charge you $25 per day to park.

It’s not really a 5 star hotel. Also, there was construction going allover the hotel and it was very noisy.

We had a fantastic stay at Radisson Blu Aurum. The location is unbeatable — just steps from Brașov’s historic center, yet quiet and peaceful. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay — from check-in to restaurant service. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and we loved spending time at the rooftop bar and pool with its amazing city and mountain views. Bonus points for the hotel's unique mix of modern architecture and historic elements, like the old city wall integrated into the wine cellar. Highly recommended if you're looking for a premium hotel with style and substance in Brașov.

The location was excellent. The food was very good. The hotel is very clean

. Staff was very nice, apart from one time. We we were asked not to bring our on wine to the roof top, and we're not able to sit together as a fanlmoly, because the would allow us to bring several tables together. At the rooftop there is the pool, and there were no signs saying you can't bring your on wine there. It felt rude. We changed our location to the lobby, there the staff was very very nice.

Breakfast buffet had several options ( eggs, pancakes, oatmeal, French toast, pastries, fruit, vegetables, meat, cheese, coffee, bread, juices,cereal bar, etc.) and dining staff were amazing. Sky bar staff was great too! The views and comfy chairs on the roof at the sky bar were great to access after long days. Our room had very cool AC. The main bed was comfy.

We only had housekeeping come in every other day. The service was inconsistent with what they left or did each time they came in. If you needed anything and baked the front desk, they would promptly supply it. Overall, it was a great experience.

The staff was friendly, professional and fast. Food was excellent. Room was of a good size and overall nicely decorated. All hotel was very clean. Breakfast looked delicious.

There is a picture of a woman everywhere is that hotel. Which in general is not a problem - except she was hanging right over the bed. Both the spouse and me were not the biggest fans of that. Does anyone enjoy a stranger hanging over you in bed ?

- Staff were outstanding! We travelled to Brasov for our honeymoon and each staff member went out of their way to make out trip special. Front desk staff were extremely knowledgeable and helped us book a car to take us to Bran Castle on short notice and made us feel welcome whenever we had questions. - Rooms were very modern, comfortable and clean. TVs had a Chromecast already equipped which was an added bonus. - Rooftop pool and bar was great to relax and enjoy city/mountain views with a few drinks. - Location is great with lots of restaurants, shops and bars right around the corner.

- Nothing negative to say about the hotel. The restaurant and bar were a bit pricey but not outside of what I would expect at a premium hotel.

Incredibly friendly staff, good breakfast selection and great location. Comfortable beds and good facilities.

Sound proofing can be improved, I.e. being woken up by drilling and hammering sounds coming from an adjacent room is not the most pleasant, especially not on a Saturday. The bathroom had all comfort, but is on the small side. The complementary water was not refilled, but one can buy water at the bar.

20 euro for breakfast is simply too much so ate out every day. Rooftop pool was a reasonable size. Balcony was worth paying extra for. Initial room had double bed but staff corrected that quickly.

Early morning hoovering, could be started an hour later at 8am. Level of noise from aircon towers next to the pool Was excessive, they try to drown it out with loud ish music but combined left me with a headache on one occasion. Air-con fan in the room was a bit too strong on lowest setting, it had to be turned off to sleep (mostly)
