That's now my favorite hotel of all I've ever been to. A really cozy atmosphere to be there. Really loved the closed street with some parking spots, the 3 floor rooms in "L" way (like in a hollywood movie). The view from the window and door to mount tampa with the Brasov sign is breathtaking! Rooms have a lot of space and clean! You have everything you need. Staff is super-super friendly and very nice! At night when you come with a car, somebody always go outside to check if you get along in the parking area of the hotel. The breakfast is amazing - very tasty and fresh! A big selection of food, a lot to choose from!

Staff was nice and friendly. I liked the atmosphere there. Breakfast was good too, room clean and warm even without using the heater. Location was fairy near to the center.

Shower was a little small for me, but I am a big fellow. My wife did not have this problem. To use the shower was somehow uncomfortable because the shower head could not be adjusted to direct the water down, only horizontal. To use it was needed to take it out of its support and use a hand only for him. The soap cream also needed 2 hands to use one to squeeze the tube and the other to get the cream. With the shower in hand was a little uncomfortable to do that. Another thing it was the parking, a little small for the number of rooms. We have been told about this only after we made the reservation. With luck we found a spot but we were afraid to go anywhere by car being afraid that by our return the place would be full.

The reception staff is very helpful and was waiting for us when our arrival flight got delayed. Unlike the usual 3-4 star hotels we stay this is more open design with great views of the hills which we liked . Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices and different everyday, all the four days we stayed. Kitchen staff was very keen to help guests and comes out to explain which dishes are vegetarian

Few things in the room need to change Bathroom shower head position is high can’t be changed and fixed to the wall This causes water to come out of the cubicle and flood the floor every time . Also some floor fittings have started to become loose.

Very nice, clean and cosy hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is excellent - you do not see very often pancakes and Wattermellon on hotel breakfast. I specially want to give credit the two young ladies on reception, that I saw during our stay. They managed to satisfy all our whims. Kaufland two blocks away, central square is about half an hour walk up the street. If you are now scrolling booking, searching hotel and wondering if you book this one, I strongly recommend it.

If I have to say something, I have to be very picky and posh. Maybe the small parking lot in the inner yard, and that, that it is like 20 min walk to the center.

Nice room with a fine view around the mountains. The personnel was very kind and polite. There was parking inside the hotel and there is parking outside (cheap) with payment per day (public space), we found an empty spot inside. The room had air conditioning although we had the window open in inclination and it was very nice for a sleep in a comfortable mattress. Nice breakfast, nice spot, around 15-20 minutes on foot to the old city.

Parking spot was it enough for everybody. There was no elevator, only stairs, our luggage were heavy.

The staff at this hotel were lovely. So friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We were given lots of information regarding public attractions, travel and even good restaurants to eat in. Lovely scenery of the mountains from our balcony. Comfortable bed and really good pillows. Its about a 20/25 minute walk into the city centre. Great pub and restaurant just 5/10 minutes walk away. All in all Could not recommend brasov or this hotel enough

Nothing not to like

Very comfortable beds and rooms. Everything was super clean. The breakfast was truly a delight in a buffet style meal with a lot of variety between savory and sweet options (yogurts, many cheeses, hams, vegetables, eggs boiled and scrambled, sausages, different breads, jams and plenty variety of pastries, etc). Fantastic! We really enjoyed it!

I really enjoyed our stay and for us it was not an issue but the windows in our room didn't have a blackout blinder.

We had a good stay at this hotel, which is built as a US style motel. Staff is great and will do the outmost to make your stay great. Breakfast is excellent with a variety of choices, although please have a bit of patience if breakfast area is full as it is rather small. Downtown is in 20 min easy walk. Parking is possible in the courtyard (8 spaces) or outside on the street. I would recommend the hotel to place a sign in the courtyard for cars not to be left with their engine running (idling), as it would help reduce pollution, especially as some rooms face the courtyard.

We had a nice room, with large bed and windows, and plenty of space. The room had a lovely view of the mountain. We chose the hotel for the excellent breakfast. Location was easy to reach by car, it is situated on a main street, and the hotel had private parking. The lady at the reception and the kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice experience overall.

The room was very clean, and very comfortable. It was quiet, we had a good night’s rest. They provided slippers, such a tiny detail that is so important for the experience but so often overlooked. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and fresh. The staff was very kind and efficient. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I would love to stay again.

The breakfast area is relatively tiny, and going at a busier time means you might have to wait a few minutes for a table.
