Beautiful lovely boutique hotel. Good location. Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, parks etc. are located within walking distance. The room is clean and comfortable. I got a room with a bathtub as I requested when I booked. Staff are very friendly and kind. There's no lift in the hotel but there was no problem as the staff carried my heavy luggage up to my room on the 2nd floor when I checked in, which was very helpful. I received a massage (paid service) in the massage room inside the hotel. Very relaxing. My whole stay at the hotel was really fantastic :)

The water pressure from the shower is low.

This is one of those places where every detail reflects care and intention. The lovingly restored building shows thoughtful design — from materials to atmosphere. We had three rooms, including one for my elderly parents, and everything was clearly designed with diverse needs in mind. The shared spaces invite curiosity, especially for children. The bed was excellent, sheets crisp, bathroom spotless. We arrived on a rainy, chilly Covasna evening, but inside the temperature was perfect. The reception staff went above and beyond — their genuine warmth set the tone for everything. The central location includes welcome parking, and though there's no elevator, staff happily help with luggage. I loved the entrance rug: "Please leave your shoes and worries here."Every small gift — chocolate, Bodoc mineral water, dried apple slices — came from local artisans, reflecting the hotel's genuine connection to its community. Breakfast was very good with a fair number of options, local cuisine fairly represented. For me as a coffee lover what left me genuinely impressed was the presence of specialty coffee. From presentation to service and ingredients someone took the time to make sure guests started their day feeling not only full, but cared for. Rare and it matters.

Hard to find fault with anything, experience exceeded expectations.

This was our second visit to Romania, and our second stay at the Isabella Boutique and it was just as good as our first stay. We are unable to think of any further superlatives to describe this hotel. This is definitely the best hotel in Sfantu - George without question. Any future visitors to this area of Romania if you want a luxurious hotel to stay in stay at the Isabella - Boutique.

Not one thing

An incredible experience. The hotel is well-designed and thought, the rooms are spacious and have all amenities needed. The parking is really close by and saves the trouble of street parking. The staff are kind, helpful and available. The breakfast is perfect, very accurate and tasty. In a week-long road trip in Romania this definitely was our best stay. Can't wait to come back!

In the city center, in a restructured building. Everything about the stay was cosy. The breakfast was very good, in the hotel caffè. Staff friendly and helpful.

Fantastic hotel, room was clean and the staff were super helpful. You could tell they went above and beyond to make the stay pleasant. Artisan chocolate and note on the bed, dried fruit, snack and local mineral water provided as standard. Loved the breakfast.

A faithfully renovated historical property, located right in the city center. The breakfast was great. We also appreciated the parking space.

The breakfast was supposed to be served from 7:30, however on both days of our stay it was fully served around 8:00. The bed was very soft, not comfortable to sleep on.

The hospitality of the staff is amazing, the breakfast exceeded my expectations by a lot, the cleanliness was on point, they have a parking lot and they are right at the heart of Sfantu Gheorghe

Great place, clean, very comfortable beds, and decorated with taste. The personnel was amiable and smiling. Loved the breakfast as well, plenty of delicious options. We would come back for sure!

Nothing to complain about, really...

The hotel was quite excelent, the room was great and the staff was terrific. I understand this is the best stay in Sfântu Gheorghe, and by quite a margin. The breakfast was everything i came to expect. Added benefit: the no. 1 rated restaurant in the city is actually inside the hotel, it's a must go.
