I last stayed here in mid 2023 and gave it a mixed review and decided to try again for benefit of the doubt. This stay was great. Room was comfortable, both the radiator and reverse cycle A/C worked well to provide warmth or regulate temperature and asked for a quiet room and didn't have any issued with noise. Has a mini bar and retains a bottle of complimentary water which is always good. They allowed local restaurant delivery to the room as well which is perfect and most places do these days. I didn't use the restaurant this time or try breakfast as I got in late and left early but it was fully functioning. Highlight again as per the last stay were the friendly staff, just pleasant and genuine and always makes a difference on the road. Best thing though was getting a good shower this time, plenty of hot water and decent pressure which makes a huge difference to morale for a stay! So I am happy to say I would stay again if the stays are consistent with comfortable quiet rooms and good showers!

Nothing I didn't like, just a comment that a hotel that has its own restaurant would really benefit from having room service. Many people when booking a hotel especially through sites like bookings.com, always look for amenities like room service. Its a little luxury for people when you are away especially if you have been travelling a long distance, get in late and are tired. But the trade off, was they allowed local courier food delivery to the room, so a good compromise, still would be nice though to have breakfast in bed :))

What i appreciated about the hotel: 1. Clean, spacious rooms. 2. the location - close to the city center, quiet and safe area. 3. It has a restaurant and a bar that were open even during the Easter off-days. 4. The breakfast is decent. 5. The staff is lovely!

What i didn't appreciate: 1. The TV only displayed 1 channel - eurosport, the rest of them appeared as "unavailable". lol 2. The AC unit in the room is old and noisy and not really helpful.. Also, might be that the filters were not cleaned, because as soon as i turned it on, i started coughing and sneezing. You're better off opening the window at night. 3. I wasn't really bothered about this one, but sharing it because it's funny. On my bathroom counter, there were the complementary tiny bottles of shampoo and such and a tiny box for the "vanity kit". I opened it up to see what it had inside - if it matched all the vanity kits i've seen in other same-rating hotels - and it was empty. it was just an empty box on the counter. hahahhahaha I find it that it's overpriced for what you get.

The hotel is in the middle of the town. Staff working in the reception, breakfast as well as the cleaning personnel is nice and friendly.

The staff in the restaurant is unfriendly and rude. It isn't a four star hotel.

We love food at the hotel , which was delicious and beautifully presented. But maybe will be good idea to have like few menus with pictures so we can choose faster 😁

It was located close to all amenities, it was superb & the food choice was outstanding. Staff were more than accommodating & were so friendly .

Only a small detail, the refrigerator inside the room was noisy, personally I don’t like to be disturbed during my sleeping.
