Room very confortabile, big and cozy beds, the food was excelent, the service also. We chose the location for the spa, and we enjoyed it. The minibar was very rich in options

Some small details that could've been better, like the main switch didn't work properly, the opening also... seemed like a little problem of wear. The bathroom was great, too, but a small inconvenience that the shower door that opened in the outside was bringing so much water in the dry area at the mirror. The pool area seemed a little small for the capacity of the hotel and was a little crowded but manageable. For the price and the 4 stars, i think that the details make the difference. 1

Modern and well isolated rooms, a very good bed, nice and honest staff ( i left my watch there and they were kind to confirm this and keep it until i took it back), nice SPA but quite crowded when we were there, enough parking places on the second parking . Breakfast was decent, i would say quite good for the quality of breakfasts in general that keeps decreasing in europe .

Smell on the hallways (not the one due to the temporary fish event happening exactly the month when we were there) . Pls consider changing some carpet , i am sure that smell will not get out.

It's a lovely hotel, big rooms, very clean, nice spa area. It has some funny messages written on the elevator, I always enjoy reading them. We had a really nice, relaxing weekend the first time we booked at this hotel. Unfortunately the second time came with some inconveniences.

Reception: - I asked to book a massage at the reception and got a confirmation for it but the spa reception did not have it in their system. - we booked a double room. The room we got was prepared for 1 person (only one set of towels etc) We called the reception and they sent someone to fix it Restaurant: - We wanted to take a late lunch but, because of some event, they only served pizza. We ordered pizza and my command was wrong. I explained to the waiter but he kept insisting that this is what I ordered. I really don't like that type of pizza and I never order it. - in the evening we ordered 2 glasses of wine and had to wait almost 50 minutes for them.

I liked a lot the room, it was very clean and modern, with nice furniture and a very nice design. It was confortable, quiet and the room temperature was extremely pleasant. I also liked a lot the employees, very nice and with good energy.

The temperature of the pool was very low for my taste, clearly a few degrees more would make it more appealing for the guests, especially in winter. The 2 jacuzzi tubs were full, very crowded, since everybody wanted to enjoy hot water at the SPA, and the pool was not an option. Also, the SPA area is very small if we think of the entire hotel, it was impossible to have a free chair.

Mandachi knows that a good sleep involves a good mattress and a nice fluffy pillow. I slept like a baby. Loved the quotes on the lift door and the candy at the reception 😉. The saunas are lovely, clean and spacious and the jacuzzi was great.

Honestly, I understand that is for a while only but the smell of the sea food was so intense and you could also smell it in the room. (Not a sea food lover) Appreciate that at breakfast was no smell there.

The breakfast: good products and large variety

The heating in the room was not working for 2 nights (even if I let them know that there was an issue after the first night) The hot water in the shower had a "malfunction", it did not stayed where I set it and there were only 2 options: freezing cold or starting to boil - notified at reception within the first day, but after 4 nights they still did not managed it At the restaurant I asked to switch in a pizza an ingredient with another - could not be done because of the "rules"

Very clean, bedding and toiletries changed and replenished daily. Very happy with the service. Front desk staff were helpful and polite.

We loved everything, except for the mattress that was too soft for us and gave us backaches. We would need a hard mattress. I don't know how to do this, but next time we would like to request a hard mattress if this is doable.

Everything was nice and clean the bed was large and very comfortable . I loved the idea of the welcoming gift they leave in the room for you to take🙏😘

The swimming pool and spa was wonderful and the staff was very helpful and caring The restaurant as different dishes and they were good portion and not expensive . No far from city centre by cab is about 10/15 minutes and not expensive. Very good will definitely come back.

Great hotel, very nicely furnished and decorated. Rooms are cozy and modern with a nice design and quality furniture. Restaurant with Italian specialties but also local options with friendly staff. The swimming pool is a bit small but very clean and pleasant.

The only thing a bit disappointing was the SPA: both turkish bath and the hammam had an unpleasant smell and access to the sauna was done with the bathing suit and no towels to prevent sweat dripping onto the wood, maybe some information panels could fix this. Location is unfortunately quite bleak, the view includes a busy national road, empty fields and truck parking lots more or less maintained.

The great plus of the hotel was the swimming pool and sauna, which we enjoyed a lot after a warm summer day visiting Suceeva. The rooms were good and met our expectations. The beds were good! The restaurant and breakfast services were very good and the service was very quick. The air-conditioning was working well.

The window of our room was not closing fully, meaning that we could hear in the morning the cars on the road in front of the hotel, but also people late night shouting outside (but overall the noise of the wedding parties which were next door was very limited. We haven't heart the music and knowing the Romanian weddings they can be very loud).
