Great location. The rooms were very large and comfortable. The balcony offered plenty of space to relax and enjoy the pool and beach view. The beach amenities were what set this hotel apart...really good. The hotel spa next door is very impressive.

No elevator. The flies were excessive around the breakfast buffet and dining areas. I addressed this with the staff and they improved it the next day but not to an acceptable level. I was happy to see the hotel had bikes but they were so poorly maintained that I could not use them.

The room was great and free of noises from the outside. We were surprised by the music switch and considered it a nice touch. The breakfast tasted great and offered more than we could even eat. The pool was good, but couldn't say the same about their private beach, as it was still under construction at the time, given that we went just before the season started. But it wasn't much of a problem as the whole beach was still full of shells at the time and we couldn't have enjoyed it there anyway. The resort has spa facilities just 1 minute away in a secondary building. The sauna was good and game room fun. They have free to use bicycles, good for a 1-2h ride along the beach. Great price for off-season.

There's not much to do around the resort, given it's location. We had to go by car for few groceries and to visit the main area of Mamaia beach and Constanta. We took this into consideration before we booked though, so it's just something to keep in mind when booking such a northern resort. The AC in our room had an error from the second day onwards. It was still flowing air, but wouldn't cool it down. Not sure what the problem was, but we didn't mind much as the temperature inside was still acceptable at the time.

Staffs are always amazing and energetic

Spacious, clean rooms with a nice sea view. Very friendly staff, both at the hotel and at the beach. Perfect for a family with small children.

Clogged bathroom drain, poor shower pressure. Strange noises from the pipes (?) in the bathroom, also at night. Poorly working air conditioning. Restaurant service without uniforms - staff dressed in private clothes!!! Dirty tables in the restaurant
