The apartment was exactly as displayed in the pictures. From linen to furniture and appliances, everything is of good quality. Also, the bed was very comfortable. The customer service as well is very good, people are helpful and do their best to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Would definitely return to this place.

We visited during a period with very hot temperatures during night as well. Tried sleeping with the AC on (from the other room), but even when set to 25°, it felt no different than when it was set to 20°. So the cooling system was very efficient and maybe something other people would not complain about, but since we were with our child, we could not use it much.

Clean. Spacious. Comfortable. Close to two supermarkets. Free parking outside. Quality fittings. Quiet. Felt safe.

Ah, now … the address Booking.com gives is not correct. You want Redal Events, that’s where the Bach Apartments are. If you follow the Booking.com address you end up in a massive estate of identical apartment bocks,lost! The hosts didn’t send us checking details either and we didn’t know it was a serviced block of apartments with receptionists. So it was a stressful experience. The kitchen is a safety issue in that the kettle lead can encroach on the hob if you’re not careful. The kitchen is also pretty poorly equipped, although, incongruously, it has a big freezer. I hope you find this information helpful. It is a very nice place indeed, but the aforementioned were issues.

This was the best accommodation I have had in the country for a long time. Starting with the staff who were always available and kind, until the accommodation conditions. The apartment is extremely spacious, equipped with very good quality furniture and well soundproofed. The parking lot is spacious, free of charge, and in the room you get water and coffee from the house, in addition to a robe and slippers. I recommend this accommodation and can't wait to come back in the near future.

There are no negative aspects

The apartment was equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The reception staff is pleasant and kind. Everything is well maintained and clean.

The draperies would have been good if the edges had been oriented towards the window (curved rails). In the morning, a lot of light enters the room and it is disturbing

Very clean and quiet. Felt like we were the only ones there. Had all of the basics one needs for a good stay.

Wish there would have been A/C in the bedroom as well as the kitchen/dining room. Would be nice to have access to an English version of the welcome information packet.

Our stay was very pleasant, the staff was nice and the room was clean, with a kitchen equipped with tableware for breakfast. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Private parking available on the premises. It will take you about 15-20 minutes walking distance from the city center. Nearby you can find grocery shops and farmacies and the bus station is 3-5 minutes away.

We had a nice experience renting 3 apartments for a short trip to Sibiu. We had everything we needed there, the place was very clean and the beds were really comfy. The location was easy to find, with a large parking area and close to the train station and Promenada mall. The staff was also friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend the accommodation to anyone visiting the city.

Functional apartment, very clean, good parking with the possibility for charging your e-car (albeit slow speed), very friendly staff.

Although it should have soundproofing, we heard the neighbours talking/yelling especially when they were in their bathroom. Bed could be softer, but of course it is also a question of preference. Better kitchen knife would be a plus. The first night when the hotel was emptier, it took quite some time to get hot water.

- shower head was spraying water all over - shower door wasn’t closing all the way, so water was seeping all over the floor - shower door didn’t fully open, because it had a storage shelf in the way; if somebody isn’t aware of this matter, the door may hit the shelf and shatter - there was mold in the kitchen sink plug - there was a person logged into Netflix - the stove top had coil whine while idling - a mirror in the hallway could be useful

The room size was perfect, offering plenty of space to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals, and everything was spotlessly clean. We also appreciated the free parking, and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, a great stay!
