Very nice property with well maintained rooms. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel's courtyard is delightful and a perfect place to relax. At night, it was extremely quiet, leading to a restful sleep. The parking is good - a dedicated lot across the street with a closing barricade. We were provided with a remote control to open and close it as needed. If you pull up to the place, they can open the barricade for you on arrival. It's just 30 m further along the 1-way street. We were treated to a good breakfast and had hot food cooked for us. The location is a pleasant 5 minute walk from the city centre. There is a lot to see and do, and I would recommend booking a stay here for a few nights. The North end of the Transfăgărășan road is about an hour away. This location lets you get an early start on a trip down that (sometimes busy) road. Highly recommended!

In one of our two rooms (room 5) the AC needs servicing or resizing. It was not cooling enough to overcome the heat of the day.

This property is a must stay in Sibiu. It preserves the spirit and the architectural elements of buildings in Sibiu from the inside to the outside. Stefan, the owner of this property is a fantastic person. Kind, supportive, willing to help you with anything you need. The building is 5 min walk from the old city. Clean, with a fantastic & delicious breakfast with first class ingredients. Thank you for t hospitality!!

Nothing bab! Everything was perfect.

The hotel is in a very good location, just 5 min away from the Old Town with its beautiful squares. The parking lot is very convenient for guests with a car. Stefan is very helpful and kind person. We arrived late in the evening but he helped us with clear instructions and everything was prepared and organized. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, and the inner garden of the hotel looked lovely. We wish we could have stayed more.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was so clean that we were ashamed to step in with our shoes. The bathroom had absolutely anything we could ask for. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were very soft. The small garden at the centre of the hotel was the perfect place to take your morning coffee with peace and quiet. The town centre is literally 4 minutes walk. When we left for a morning ride (Tranfagarasan) they cleaned our room and made it look like noone stayed the previous night and it was perfect again. The stuff were extremely friendly and there to help us with what we needed. The wi-fi connection was also extremely good. Very big bonus the parking spot for our motorcycle, Behind close gates, inside the hotel yard next to our room. The only regret we had was that we did not take breakfast cause we did not have time. Next time we will sure do.

The property has an excellent location, the rooms are spotlessly clean and quite comfortable. The personnel are very nice and always ready to help. The private parking for the property is right across from the villa, very nearby, secure, and reasonably spacious. It was a great experience with a nice interaction with our host and a pleasant stay in Sibiu. We will definitely come back.

Absolutely nothing to complain.

The host was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful! Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of made-to-order scrambled eggs and omelets. The location was excellent—just a five-minute walk to Piata Mare. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the peaceful backyard offered a quiet retreat from the city. Perfect place to visit Sibiu!

Great location, close to everything by foot. The room was big and clean, good shower. It was nicely decorated. The staff were nice and answered all our questions and the free parking near by was very convenient.

There is an AC only at the 'children' room - we came at April, so wasn't a problem, but will be a problem at summer time

From meeting Stephen waiting for us to arrive and he explained everything we asked perfectly 👌 The courtyard was lovely and had a honesty fridge well stocked with refreshments. The room and toilet was spotless. Close to restaurants.

Leaving the next morning we would have liked to have stayed a bit longer.

Great location - very close to town but quiet at night. The hotel has its own parking with a barrier. The room was comfortable but somewhat dated. Due to a health issue the owners were not putting on breakfast during our stay but there is a lovely breakfast place nearby.

Air conditioning was a bit weak & could not keep up with the heat.

Everything. The people first and foremost. Very pleasant and truly concerned with the well being of their guests. Property was very well maintained, quiet and comfortable and also extremely close to the center of old town.

No real complains. Given the fact that a lot of people still smoke I would restrict smoking close to the rooms. They have a beautiful garden however smoke from the tables close to the rooms makes its way through open windows.
