- The lady at the reception, a lovely and hospitable lady; - The breakfast was Easter themed and I really appreciated that; - Parking in front of the hotel; - Not very far from the city center;

- The unkempt room, the dirty carpet, like a communist hotel; - The TV is very small, you could barely see it and only standard programs. At 4 stars (definitely not a 4 stars as it looked) you expect something more; - The hot water didn't get hot even if you left it for 1/2 hour; - Too noisy place;

Room had a living room and a bedroom so space was not an issue. Everything was super clean and modern, with carpeting covering the entire floor (i appreciate this for our kid), Location is a 10 minute walk to the central square. Restaurant was quite good and cozy.

Parking facilities are so and so. There are some spots in front of the hotel, but when we arrived they were all taken and there is no easy way to get into them anyway (got to go over the curb). Luckily there is another parking area behind the hotel where we managed to find a spot.

The lady at the reception was super nice and sweet. We've arrived in the middle of the night with our motorcycle all wet due to the rain, and super tired. She was waiting for us in the middle of the night! Even made us tea with honey, so nice of her 🙏 The room was big, everything was clean and tidy, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice, and the gentleman who supervises the breakfast was very friendly. There is on street parking right in front of the hotel. Beautiful view from the terrace, unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy it as had to keep on driving. Overall, great experience with the hotel, definitely would come back there. Staff members are absolutely fantastic!

From my perspective, the hotel offers an impressive and varied breakfast selection. The buffet was satisfying, with options ranging from fresh fruits to pastries, cereals, hot dishes, and beverages. They cater to different tastes and dietary needs, ensuring a great start to the day for guests like myself. As for the room, I was pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness, comfort, and overall quality. It provided a relaxing haven after a day of exploring the city. The cleanliness and upkeep were noteworthy, contributing to a pleasant stay experience. Regarding the location, I found Exclusive Hotel & More ideally situated in Sibiu. It's close to many attractions, dining spots, and transportation options. Being within walking distance of historical landmarks, museums, and vibrant shopping areas made it convenient for me to explore the city. Additionally, the proximity to public transportation made getting around hassle-free.

Every time we need to stay in Sibiu we chose this hotel. The rooms are quite big, the bed is very comfortable, the AC works well and it is not loudly. They have free private parking which can accommodate many vehicles so no reservation is needed. The hotel is locate near the city center, in a quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast is decent and the coffee is ok. The personnel is friendly. Overal it is a nice place to stay.

Everything is perfect

Very modern and cozy hotel, very close to the historic city center. The staff were exceptional, the restaurant as well, the breakfast was very tasteful and so diverse. The room was big and very clean, I was really happy to find such a gem in the beautiful city of Sibiu! I will definitely return here one day, as soon as the time comes! Ten Stars for this great accommodation! Congratulations!

Everything went well, parking was plenty and free. room was big and nice, breakfast was good and hotel was central enough to be of walking distance to the center but really quiet during the evening.

The air conditioning was not working correctly. In wintertime the inside temperature was too hot and dry and we had to open the window often. But this was a minor problem, and this hotel was 3 times cheaper than Hilton for the New Year's Eve.

We stayed for one night while visiting Sibiu. The rooms are big, the staff very nice, breakfast was good and varied, close to city center. One couple needed the room earlier then check in and the staff was very accomodating and gave us one room earlier. We loved our stay.

I've enjoyed the comfy bed and the staff have been very kind and helpful. The breakfast was more then enough and with fresh vegetables.

There was a noise from an engine coming probably from the HVAC system. It was starting around 7:00 AM, which was a bit annoying if you would like to sleep a bit more.

Nice, confy and spotless clean rooms. Good breakfast. Good location just uoutside city center (10 minutes waking). Free parking
