I love everything about this property! Valentin the host is just like every Romanian I’ve met during this trip— helpful, kind and polite. I arrived a bit earlier than expected but without any problem Valentin immediately arranged a prepped room for me, all while giving me a brief introduction of Sibiu and a list of to do and to eat around town! The property is clean, well equipped and spacious. Internet is high speed and you can find every amenities you need (including a blow dryer, slippers, toaster, coffee machine etc.). Hygiene is top notch and ventilation is good. The location of the property is also super convenient for solo bus traveler like me. It’s 5 mins walk away from Sibiu’s cross city bus stop and around 10-15mins walk away from city centre. It’s situated at a main road so you don’t need to worry about difficult access or sketchy neighborhood problem.

I was super happy with T House. The property was a short walk from the train station and a short walk to old town. It was well appointed, clean, and convenient. The host was charming and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

I hesitate to offer this as a criticism. It is more of a fact of European life, in my experience. The walls are a bit thin, so to speak. I brought ear pugs, so I was fine, but my traveling companion was woken up by the comings and goings of other guests.

Super convenient location- easy walk to Piata Mara, convenient walk to Simpa (bakery), we even easily walked to the flea market - and returned laden with treasure. Room was very clean, bathroom clean, shower comfortable (I’ve had Western European showers that were far smaller!). Valentin checked in on us several times. Heads up: our taxi driver dropped us in the courtyard of another hotel by mistake. If this happens, continue walking down the road, look at the street numbers, and follow Valentin’s excellent instructions.

There were either children or very very stompy adults over us. We heard a lot of floor noise. I think a rug upstairs might help reduce the noise a lot. Little to no street noise, even though we were right on the street (as is EVERYONE in Transylvania!)

Very nice and responsive host, always ready to help, giving us detailed information on lots of interest points around. Perfect location, close to the old town, also close to various general stores and restaurants, including a mall. Parking was right in front of the house. Extremely clean rooms, great quality everywhere, from furniture to appliances, from bed sheets to bath products and hardware. As our stay was in the winter, I should add that heat was at our discretion, being able to set it as desired directly from the in-room thermostat. It totally exceeded our expectations and we're definitely looking forward to return.

Absolutely superb stay, one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Valentin, the owner, is very friendly and helpful, very attentive to every detail, answered absolutely any requests, shared useful information about the city and the surrounding area. The studio is renovated, everything works, very clean, quite large and comfortable, excellent wifi. Not the most historical center, but in a quiet and safe area 10 minutes walk from all the attractions. Valentin is always available on WhatsApp / phone, speaks fluent English. 10 free parking spaces along the street near the door, many more on the surrounding streets. Aircondition and heating in the studio. Everthing was great.

Nothing special, it is recommended to ask in advance for a quiet room (we were provided with one, our studio overlooked a quiet courtyard), the street can be noisy. We did not use the kitchen to prepare some cooking, but I did not see a microwave, frying pan or toaster there.

This place was great. We booked last minute and got the apartment in the basement. Ordinarily my wife would have been annoyed but the finishing of the property is to such a high standard and the facilities were excellent that she was very happy. It was clean, warm and quiet despite being close to the road. Its super easy to walk to the centre of town and the parking in front was free. The host was fantastic and informed us of everything we needed to know. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Honestly the only gripe I had was that the bathroom sink was a little small but given the layout it cannot be helped the bathrooms themselves were excellent and the walk-in shower was to die for! My wife was a little disappointed by the size of the bed and the quality of the mattress but honestly for the price I was happy.

Beautifully made up, clean, comfortable, with all the basics included in our miniscule kitchen unit. The host sent us a very detailed message with tips on what to see and where to eat that we found exceptionally useful. A fifteen minute walk from the centre of the old town, although Sibiu is a monument wherever you walk, starting from around the corner of our building. Despite being on a road with much traffic, the windows blocked the noise very successfully. The air-conditioning proved very necessary, as the particular days we were there were very hot.

We didn't have the option of leaving the windows open at night, because it was too noisy due to traffic.

The host was very friendly and nice person. He has provided by far the most complete and useful local tourist information I have ever seen. Studio (T4) is super, clean, cosy and quiet. It has almost all needed amenities (no oven or microwave). It is located 10 mins from the historical center, parking is easy nearby in June 2025. Highly recommended for several days stay in Sibiu, suitable for family with up to 1 child. WiFi is 20-70 MBps down.

We loved everything about T House. The location is a short walk away from the city centre, the parking is right in front of the house, the house itself is wonderful and unique, high ceilings with wood beams and wood in general everywhere, it is squeaky clean, the beds are comfy, you can find all the things you may need here - from the hair dryer and super clean towels to iron, coffee maker and built-in toilet seat for kids. The host is super friendly and kind. 10/10

Location is a close walk to almost anything in the historic centre, train station, convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants, pubs, etc. The location was very clean and spacious with all amenities provided. The Arcada apartment does not have a view since it is a basement apartment, but it was well lit and did not feel like a basement. Wifi was excellent.
