The apartment was exactly as displayed in the pictures. From linen to furniture and appliances, everything is of good quality. Also, the bed was very comfortable. The customer service as well is very good, people are helpful and do their best to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Would definitely return to this place.

We visited during a period with very hot temperatures during night as well. Tried sleeping with the AC on (from the other room), but even when set to 25°, it felt no different than when it was set to 20°. So the cooling system was very efficient and maybe something other people would not complain about, but since we were with our child, we could not use it much.

Ah, now … the address Booking.com gives is not correct. You want Redal Events, that’s where the Bach Apartments are. If you follow the Booking.com address you end up in a massive estate of identical apartment bocks,lost! The hosts didn’t send us checking details either and we didn’t know it was a serviced block of apartments with receptionists. So it was a stressful experience. The kitchen is a safety issue in that the kettle lead can encroach on the hob if you’re not careful. The kitchen is also pretty poorly equipped, although, incongruously, it has a big freezer. I hope you find this information helpful. It is a very nice place indeed, but the aforementioned were issues.

Because of these two, I moved to a new room on the second night... but still: - The kitchen was not properly equipped. - The room felt crowded. - carpet was dirty. - The entrance lobby was very dark, as the lights were not turned on to save electricity :-(

Extremely pleasant and nice hotel, located in a communicative place with quick access to the highway. The studios are spacious, furnished with style and everything you need for your stay. The parking lot is large and is a huge plus nowadays. The staff is extremely kind and responsive. We will visit it again in a week upon our return. I recommend!

This was the best accommodation I have had in the country for a long time. Starting with the staff who were always available and kind, until the accommodation conditions. The apartment is extremely spacious, equipped with very good quality furniture and well soundproofed. The parking lot is spacious, free of charge, and in the room you get water and coffee from the house, in addition to a robe and slippers. I recommend this accommodation and can't wait to come back in the near future.

There are no negative aspects

The apartment was equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The reception staff is pleasant and kind. Everything is well maintained and clean.

The draperies would have been good if the edges had been oriented towards the window (curved rails). In the morning, a lot of light enters the room and it is disturbing

Very clean and quiet. Felt like we were the only ones there. Had all of the basics one needs for a good stay.

Wish there would have been A/C in the bedroom as well as the kitchen/dining room. Would be nice to have access to an English version of the welcome information packet.

Our stay was very pleasant, the staff was nice and the room was clean, with a kitchen equipped with tableware for breakfast. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Private parking available on the premises. It will take you about 15-20 minutes walking distance from the city center. Nearby you can find grocery shops and farmacies and the bus station is 3-5 minutes away.

This was a quick stop on my way from Romania to Austria, and I’m so glad I chose Bach Apartments. It truly feels like home and has everything you might need. The staff are kind and welcoming, which made my stay even better. I definitely recommend this property!

We had a nice experience renting 3 apartments for a short trip to Sibiu. We had everything we needed there, the place was very clean and the beds were really comfy. The location was easy to find, with a large parking area and close to the train station and Promenada mall. The staff was also friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend the accommodation to anyone visiting the city.
