Spacious room with great view, good spa, positioned in the heart of the touristic area of Sovata. A four star hotel with great reception staff. Congrats for that!

For a four star hotel with a price of approx 160 euros for a double room/night, it would have been nice to have an espresso machine in the room. Also, a welcome beverage or at least some water as you usually get in a four star hotel for this price. We could hear every noise from the hallway in the room - this was not so pleasant. Some of the staff from the restaurant and the spa area bar were a bit jumpy at relatively harmless remarks. For the price of the room the parking could be included in the room rate.

Great location, very good facilities for treatment; nice people, ready to help. Room quit nice with wonderful view.

Hotel presentation doesn’t mention the treatment facilities do not belong to Bradet hotel but to Sovata hotel. On top of that Bradet hotel doesn’t have a restaurant. That means that for treatment and for meals or even for a coffee you have to take the elevator, to pass through a tunnel of hundred of meters and then to take a way back to your room. That’s unacceptable for a four stars hotel as Bradet claims it is. And the hotel advertising is missleading, doesn’t show the real conditions.

The food was very good (we took breakfast and dinner). The view was spectacular. The service was good. The Spa area was never too crowded. Parking was available for a fee. The location is very good, close to the center and there are a lot of hiking possibilities around.

Large hotel near local nature attraction. Great spa with few thermal and swimming pools, jacuzzies etc. Beautiful forest all around, thermal and mud lakes at walking distance. Many restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful.

Steep terrain with many stairs may be less enjoyable for elders. Hotel's own restaurant is quite overpriced.

All the facilities togheter.. the green and forest environment, the salted water, the professional kitchen and the meniu rich in varieties and fruits and vegetables and planned by nutritionists , massages well selected, the rooms ..!

In reference to room 507, I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional cleanliness and the breathtaking view from the room.

All good but Spa very slow jacuzzi you have to wait an hour after it stops after 15 min to restart and is small for the size of the hotel. The rest Sauna Etc fantastic.

Rooms can be cleaned better. The rest was good. Amazing food.

Clean room, and hotel, good breakfast, location was great.

Locatie centrala, SPA extraordinar, camere mari curate si cu balcon, AC functioneaza excelent, mic dejun delicios.

Good location, with lots of walking places into the nature in the vicinity.

The massage beds are a torture place for face! Old and ready to peel-off, the lack of confort, the thin walls you could hear through, is a no-go to spa massage if you need to relax. With some exceptions, the professionals there need some trainings about how they should behave.
