The staff were courteous and friendly. Getting to our room and resting was a priority when we arrived and it was such a relief when all went smoothly. The spa was a treat but also the Bear lake. The restaurant needs a bit of attention. It would help to have at least one experienced waiter to train the young staff to be professional. They were hard working but you need to see that they enjoy their work and dealing with customers professionally.

The rooms were very hot day and night, around 25-26 degrees C, even though it was only the end of April. You could not regulate the temperature, only using AC which was kinda loud and ineffective. It was impossible to rest and sleep well in such a heat. Otherwise, I must mention, everything was really great, food, spa etc.

The only minus and my reason to give 9 instead of 10 is the lack of the kettle in the room , should be a kettle in a room in a 3* hotel , more reason is that they offer healing facilities and maybe they are people who want to have a cup of tea in the middle of the night. In other countries, a kettle is a standard even for low-cost hotels ,I am saying this being a heavy traveller . Also, other hotels from Ensana Group in other countries have this item as standard in the room For the rest of the services provided,well done guys, I'll be back at yours!

Everything is very clean, the meals are delicious and different every day. The hotel is under the forest and the birds and the view from the balcony help you relax a lot. The location is in a quiet place, perfect for rest and leisure. The hotel personal is very friendly and helpful all the time. Nothing to complain about, only good and pleasant experiences.

No kettle or coffee maker

The hotel is nice and clean, with a nice view, large balcony and large bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Convenient prices for the drinks in the minibar. The breakfast was good, for all tastes. The bar on the first floor is a nice escape.

The balcony door could not close from outside. The salty water pool had a strange color. The pool area was kind of cold, huge glass walls don't really help.

The hotel was newly refurbished, painted. The staff was very kind, spoke also Hungarian. They were flexible to change our rooms because we wanted to look toward the lake. We had no view to the lake (no such room I was told) but still we had amazing view. And we also had late check out. The spa is beautiful! Enough beds, the water elements work frequently. We could use also the spa center of the next hotel which is much bigger but much crowder and not so cosy. Breakfast was vast and good!

We always enjoy the time spent at Ursina: fresh air from the woods behind the hotel, comfy beds and spacious rooms, good food, and - this time - excellent coffee. We appreciate that our requests have been granted: instant coffee was replaced with an excellent espresso served at breakfast. The spa and medical services are great. We are looking forward to our next trip.

Great support to manage booking changes! Nice restaurant staff helped us to manage birthday celebration. Food variety and quality according to 3 stars. Spa was so full, that they had they had to give sauna sheets instead of towels.
