Rooms are newly refurbished, high quality materials. The Restaurant (both breakfast and dinner) was diversified enough that one is not bored after one week of eating there. The water in all pools was clean. The pool for small kids is very good even for very small kids. The personnel in all area of the hotel (reception, cleaning, restaurant, SPA, mud, massage) is very friendly and professional. The hotel paid parking has plenty of places. In the summer, the accommodation includes free access to Lacul Ursu.

the elevator between the two levels of pools is out of order and it was the same situation more than one year ago when I was in this hotel. walking up and down on wet stairs with little kids is quite challenging . The hotel main elevators have frequent issues (once blocked between levels, other day I walked down 3 levels on stairs with a small kid)

We had a wonderful stay at the Ensana Health Spa Hotel in Sovata. I came here with my wife for a few days of relaxation, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The spa facilities are excellent – from the saltwater pools to the Cleopatra bath and the hydrotherapy options. We tried several wellness treatments, and the staff were professional and kind. The environment is peaceful and clean, and everything is very well organized, from the massages and therapeutic baths to specialized treatments like electrotherapy and mud wraps. The wellness menu offers a wide variety, and we especially appreciated the clear multilingual signage and helpful staff. Highly recommend for couples looking for a peaceful getaway focused on health, relaxation, and rejuvenation. We will definitely return!

The atmosphere was elegant and cozy, the attention of the staff, the food was great, with a great variety to choose from. There are many options in the spa area. There are pools for adults and kids, two pools with salty water, some interesting little cold/hot pools for your feet, to activate your circulation, I think. Quite a few saunas so that you can always find a place in one of them. Early in the morning, we had the pools and saunas practically to ourselves, while people were having breakfast (we went to breakfast later, to enjoy the morning silence at the spa). It's really clean in all the spa area and around the hotel.

There were a few things, some noises in the room and some problems in the bathroom, which made our stay just very good, instead of perfect. I think we were just unlucky, because otherwise the place looked really well arranged everywhere. Even if the staff did their best to help, the room we had couldn't be fixed while we were there. Also, it could have been a bit cleaner. I think for 4 stars, I expected perfection in the room, and my expectations were too high. A few details at the spa made things somewhat less pleasant. Some showers were working just when they wanted, and some feet cleaning little pools were sometimes out of order, but then fixed. You could always find other showers, which were working, but I would have expected everything to work flawlessly.

Staff was helpfull friendly and nice Room was great with balcony and hotel centraly located Sadly we could not stay but one night and a day and take advantage of the great ammenities and spa- treatment center because we had a death in the family and had to leave in the middle of the night Staff was so empathic and nice to help us get to train station in Sighisoara and also reimburse us for the rest of the week which we booked and paid already We will return for sure We can not thank them enough for what they did for us in that difficult moment

What was not to like

Excelent spa facilities. The food was good, and they change menu every day, both for breakfast, and dinner. The hotel has seen improvements since my last stay: new furniture. Very clean rooms. Polite and helpful staff.

The room temperature was to hot. And no posibility to change it. We had to sleep with the window slighty opened. No extra pillows. We had to pay 15 lei/day for parking. Considering the price, and the fact that it's their private parkimg lot, I think it's ridiculos.

the hotel is great. we loved almost everyhthing BESIDES the noise inbetween 17.00 and 23.00 than the music who ever is there is AWFUL . way too loud ,way too many hours. everynight.  if you need to rest in the afternoon than this is Not  the hotel for you. 

Nice staff, very clean and confortable, good food. The SPA was excellent. I like the new online check-in and auto whatsApp constant messages. I would suggest with all the new automation to add a selfcheck-in machine that releases a room key.

Warm salty wather pools were kinda of cold during the week

The location is nice, the SPA offers a lot of options for health and relaxation, the rooms are fair.

Some of the staff was really rude and not willing to help (a simple smile would have made the day much better for us, it was not the case unfortunately). We got a lot of confusing and different answers when we wanted to extend the stay. Some still water in the rooms would have been nice (we had just a small bottle in the minifridge and after a day at SPA it was definitely not enough). Most hotels in this category offer some water for free.

We enjoyed the breakfast, the room. We appreciate the personnel who makes sure in the Spa area that the rules are followed by all the guests (using the towels in the sauna, silence areas).

The minibar has no proper ventilation (enclosed in furniture) so it doesn't cool well.

This is a great resort for all ages. The spa offers a full range of services plus many warm pools fun for kids and relaxing saltwater for adults. The rooms a clean and comfortable and the staff very professional and helpful. We booked our stay with breakfast and dinner included. The buffet was plentiful and delicious.
