Above all, the staff is awesome. They are all the time ready to walk the extra-mile, to make the traveler's stay magic. Jumping in, when the slightest event occurs, helping us and offering info and advice. Great staff! The breakfast was a feast too, with a large selection of dishes. As I have been staying there for Christmas and New Year's Eve, we got almost all the time treats from the Romanian cuisine, typical for the region. I was also impressed by the host's kindness, to offer us sweetbread and wine for Christmas (a loaf and a bottle to each traveler!) and the same for the New Year's Eve, when the wine was sparkling. Great hosts! The building is new, the elevator is working properly and the view is gorgeous. Very comfortable rooms too and kept clean daily.

There were some issues with the hot water and in some rooms with heat too, but they were fixed in a satisfactory manner.

The location is newly refurbished and it is good value for money. We had a small fridge and a tv in the room. The bathroom was small but nice and new. Our room had a small balcony with two chairs. The breakfast was very good with lots of options from eggs, omelet, sausages, yogurt and many more. Another good thing to mention is the underground hotel parking.

There was only one drape and it would not cover the entire window.

We had a very pleasant experience at Vila Noblesse. Perfectly placed in the middle of the city, very kind people, perfectly clean, nice and modern design, good breakfast. We requested our breakfast to be served 1 hour earlier than standard time - since we had an early Spartan race to attend and our request was kindly managed. We will definitely get back to this location whenever we will be in Sovata. Thank you!

We made the reservation early evening-late afternoon, arrival time being the same evening and outside the normal check-in time. The staff was very friendly and they accommodated our late check-in without a problem. Room and furniture are new, everything is spotless clean. We were just driving through but definitely we will come back for a longer stay.

Really nice rooms - extra spacious too - great value for the money ! View is great (queen room with Mountain View ) Staff were super helpful and nice ! Free parking if you can find available place !

Breakfast service needs a permanent waiter/waitress who’s situated in the dining area to - kitchen staff were running in and out focused on putting food out - while coffee machines were out of water or milk at times causing queues or build up … there weren’t enough coffee cups one morning / milk jug unavailable and so on …

They have a nice, polite and communicative receptionist that will help you with everything. Also, a good breakfast with several options. The interior design is what you want most: minimalist, modern, tasteful.

The only drawback was the fact that in the last week-end they ran out of toiletries.

Excellent value for money, we've been to Sovata so many times, and we paid much more for far less. The room was big and clean, large bathroom and they clean the rooms every day. Free parking and breakfast were a very nice bonus. It's also very close to the Ursu lake.

Nothing to complain about, maybe just a suggestion. They use an app for checkin, however that app didn't work for me. The app also sends some text messages with links for filling in details etc. I am not comfortable clicking on links coming from a random app. I'm supposed to a. Trust the app b. Trust the accommodation that they have all right the reasons to trust the app in the first place. It's modern and all, but.. It's just not comfortable for me

Location is great (10 min from center), quiet, good value for money (with minor downsides) and nice people. Breakfast isn't exceptional but very good 8/10 i'd say and the chairs are very nice and comfortable. Overall i would book again but i have to mention some minor downsides too.

- Discharged batteries in the tv remote (they don't have it on their checklist i think). - We found the room a bit uncleaned (sesame seeds were left there by previous guests here and there and on the chair). - Too soft bed and it doesn't give a good supoort. During sleep I almost fell down because the mattress are so soft.

The villa is quite new, modern furniture, clean and comfortable. Loved the terrace at first floor.

Room 103 is missing a piece of glass from the shower door. At breakfast, the ladies were not paying enough attention to refill the platters that were emptied.

Great room, clean bathroom, staff were amazing especially Antonia which was there if you needed any help or advice. 100% will go back there again, highly recommended the Vila Noblesse
