Welcoming and helpful staff. Room 7 is rear facing on the 2nd floor, with a balcony and fine view of the city. It was clean and comfortable. Smallish sized but the adjacent shared sitting room added to it's facilities. Hot drinks were available from the kitchen on the ground floor. A nice breakfast was served. The room and all parts of the hotel were clean and well kept. A good WiFi signal. I would stay again, especially if the less advantageous points are met.

There is no guard for the gate, so it is wide open. Limited parking and turning. No TV in the room, but there is a big TV in the adjacent shared sitting room. The room equipment was good except the pillows were old and hard, like bricks. There is no lift but the staff readily helped with the bags. There are no immediate restaurant options, I had to go to Remera centre at Kisimenti.

The staff were helpful and Jane was particularly keen to ensure that all the requests I had were answered promptly and Richard in housekeeping ensured the room was very clean. The hotel provided a taxi to the airport and the driver was exceptional. I unfortunately forget the name of the driver but he was very courteous and helpful. I look forward to visiting again

The staff are sensational. They did everything they could to make my two stays (at the beginning and end of my trip) easy and comfortable including keeping my bike box for me, and giving me a lift to and from the airport. Really felt at home and the location is lovely. You can see a range of great birds from the balcony, and it's minutes away from good restaurants and shops without being too busy

Cleanliness of the room. Environment was sirene and friendly. The staff were courteous like Joselyn,Andeline,Mrs Djamilla, and young man there too. Also the room service Animana was courteous too.

No Television in the room, no inter com phone for communication and no cctv within the environment.

The facility was so awesome i loved everything from their quite room,their service,their staff were too kind and were able to assist,they had free wifi,the room was so clean
