The room was excellent, spacious, and clean, offering stunning views that made the stay memorable. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring all other aspects of my stay were pleasant. Despite the subpar breakfast, the superb room and breathtaking views make this hotel a worthy choice for travelers. the proximity within the city helped

I was highly disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to the poor breakfast. The food was cold, unappetizing, and lacked variety. The limited options were a real letdown, and the overall quality was unacceptable for the price. I expected a much better start to my day, but instead, I left the dining area feeling unsatisfied and frustrated.

Rooms were great value, new hotel, spacious rooms, nice bed, shower, view from balcony beautiful. has elevator.

I think if you're coming to Kigali from US, this is where I'd recommend to stay. There are some hotels that are crazy expensive, that must be the government contractor rate or something. This is much more reasonable but still has the things you'd want in a hotel in the US but aren't necessarily common in Africa--like English language chanels, and a hairdryer! The hotel is built into the side of hill and there are balconies with an amazing view of the city. The hotel is in the cool Remera area. Just not another place like this in Kigali.

Clean and spacious room, good showers, nice breakfast. But the most important thing is that the staff are just amazing!! The most friendly, supportive and helpfull I ever met.

The hotel is a bit far from the convention center (about half an hour's walk) but you can easily get there using a normal taxi or a motorcycle taxi

I stayed 2 nights and found the staff to be polite and helpful. My first night it was very noisy as I was close to the bar. My second night was very good. I enjoyed my stay and found the view of the city lovely. Thank you
