The entire stay of 5 nights was very positive and I enjoyed my stay at Chez Lando very much. The facility is very private and quiet though it is located closely to a number of stores, shops, eateries and is in close proximity to the airport without air traffic noise. The landscaping provides a privacy and beauty which is admirable. The staff maintains the buildings and exterior of the property exceptionally well. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful in every way. The restaurant on the property serves very delicious food at a reasonable price. My Rwandan friend recommended Chez Lando to me and I'm glad I took his advice. When I come back to Kigali, I will definitely book my stay at Chez Lando.

The only criticism I would have is that when I came back the second time the night before I flew back to London, I stayed in a room where the shower and bathtub needed to be redone and regrouted. It had an old and mildew appearance in the grout between the tiles. The tub, sink ,floor, and toilet were clean and without issue.

Chez Lando is a beautiful hotel! The breakfast buffet had a cheff making you delicious omelettes and he was super friendly. :) Rest of the staff was also polite and professional. The airport shuttle service was really good.

It was very close to the airport, yet you didn't hear airplane noise. It was clean and very comfortable. The staff was amazing. We actually stayed there twice, once coming back from Safari and had a large amount of clothing that needed to be washed. Even though it was a quick turn around time, the staff washed and dried our clothes and got them back to us immediately. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend them to all.

The experience was good, just did not start well, as they forgot to fetch me at the airport, but they gave me my money back, which was very good from them, breakfast has less options, but the room was very good

This place exceeded my expectations. I've arrived after another hotel in Kigali had canceled a part of my stay. While the other hotel only tried squeezing money out of me and not taking responsibility for their mistakes, Chez Lando was just superb and did their best. One example: while the other hotel required I'd pay 45$ for an airport shuttle (which is absolutely above what you should pay, by the way), the Chez Lando's shuttle was *free*. Unlike other places in this city they don't squeeze you for money and just offer a great experience.

Surprisingly quite and tranquil for a busy city location with great access to the airport. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. teh bar and restaurant is popular with locals and international visitors in the know!

Could be very noisy in the evenings at the weekends with the popular bar and restaurant.

A wide range of breakfast options. The fresh pineapple is always sweet, as is the passion juice. Freshly prepared omelettes, plain, cheese spanish, etc. Free shuttle bus to & from the airport. Very friendly staff.

The property is clean and confortable. I had a confortable clean bed. The bathroom was clean with all the details like clean white towels, … Water , electricity and WiFi were available… I had water, coffee and tea in my room 😍

I liked everything.

The Ambiance was good.i loved it so much and the food was good and delicious 😋😋😋😋 Your fruits especially the pineapples I loved it.
