The atmosphere was very nice and relaxed with the beautiful garden and the friendly staff. The flexibility at breakfast and the possibility of ordering dinner. The sitying area outside in the breakfast terrace area is very comfortable and inviting to relax and be present in the tranquille environment. I also appreciated that the receptionist connected us to a friendly and flexible taxi driver who could easily tesond to our transport needs, that added to the comfort and making our stay pleasant and the attendance of the conference at the Kigali Convention Centre enriching.

I would like to suggest small cloth serviettes/reed sets to put one's plates and cutlery on, durimg breakfast or any meal, instead of on the bare table top. A small waste bin in the room and a second chair in the room would also be nice, but is not essential.

The Nest is a very cozy place in a great location. The breakfast was very tasty, the area super calm and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Even though the bathroom was cleaned sufficiently, there was a very unpleasant smell, probably relating to a need for cleaning drains. It should also be clarified that the pool at the nearby hotel is only included for one day, we did not understand this based on the online information pre-booking. This needs to be clarified, as the access to the pool was one of the main reasons why we chose to book this specific hotel. After 1 day, it will cost you a fee to use the pool. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay at the Nest.

The place is quiet and very near town for easy access, the breakfast is good and some additionals.

The bathrooms are basic and the covers are too thin yet it is a cold weather. However, they are veey helpful in providing extra covers. I was almost freezing. The non refund policy, i wanted to join other participants where they were because logistical issues like transport etc. I had to stay and in the end it became costly in terms of transport to where the summit was. It took an extra $100 a cost i would have avoided because they had orgnised a bus.

The rooms are wide, clean and the bed is very comfortable. I also love the touch of growing house plants in the room. Improves room aesthetic and air quality in general. The front desk person I found, on that day was very helpful and supportive.

Breakfast. Generally good breakfast but the pancakes could use some fluff, especially for a person that loves and knows how to make English Breakfast Pancakes 🥞, I was kinda disappointed.

The buffet breakfast was delicious, the restaurant/communal area was beautiful. Bed was comfy, had a good mosquito net! Great to have a laundry service provided and I loved being able to contact reception via WhatsApp. Super convenient. Nice location.

The bathroom had that dirty pipe smell that other reviews mentioned and all the fixtures and tiles really need updating. Also, there weren't enough places to put toiletries and hang towels/clothes.

Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the fresh power juices made every day. Good variety at breakfast Good Pressure and hot water in the shower. The complimentary massage was a nice surprise. And the Therapist does a good job. Really good value for money. Staff are super accommodating.

There was sewage smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. You could see water damage on one of the walls in the room.

Large room in a rush property, surrounded by trees. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly. The coveted terrance is a great place to relax and have meetings. Wifi is good and it’s a good location within Kigali. They offer free laundry service and massages. There is no lunch or dinner service but they have a partnership with a local Italian restaurant that you can order and have delivered. Overall a very nice stay in Kigali.

The amenities in the room are basic - such as no safe, only one small bar of soap, one towel. As it’s quite humid, the towel doesn’t dry. The bathroom and room need some small renovations. Minor so it didn’t bother me, but just worth feeding back.

The hotel was beautiful, located in a quiet area away from noise, and it feels very safe. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I had a few issues with the room on my second night but they changed me to another room and accommodated my requests, after that everything went perfect! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, shower is good and hot water is nice, buffet breakfast has plenty of options and they prepare dishes to order, really delicious! Wifi works well. Located only about 10 min walk from the convention centre. Communication with staff through booking was prompt and easy. Highly recommend this hotel, I stayed for 8 nights and didn't want to leave!! It has a very peaceful and relaxing feel for being in a busy city.

Minor comment but some of the staff could be a bit loud in the mornings (~6 am) when trying to sleep.

Nice rooms, and showers! Some were slightly dated but that was also a bit of character. Breakfast in the morning was in a nice location, and not far from supermarket, shops or other restaurants. Very good delivery service for food from local restaurants.

Some of the rooms were close to the restaurant and found myself being woken up late/early. However, staff were really helpful and moved me to a more convenient room. Also for the cost of my stays, having to pay for own airport transfer was a little disappointing

Breakfast was perfect, Excellent soup, very very tasty, great waitress, always happy and smiling, great manger always listening and helping where he can, receptionist great people. location was wonderful very clean, warm and hospitable. Great security. Beautiful rooms, spacious and quite comfortable.

The breakfast was really good with wide variety. Am a meat lover.. Sadly there was no meat for breakfast, but nevertheless the breakfast was great. Will definitely come back and stay and recommend it to others.
